Great hotel and location, 2 blocks back from the Canada Place Cruise Port.

Our family had a fantastic stay at the Azur Hotel in Vancouver. The room was spacious, quiet, and clean with what seemed like brand-new furniture, creating a very comfortable setting. The service was superb, with staff promptly fulfilling requests for extra blankets, pillows, and other amenities without any pressure. What stood out most was the friendliness and readiness of the staff, always eager to assist, making our experience truly memorable.

Exquisite business hotel, the room is relatively small, but clean and comfortable. The front desk is very efficient. Although my English communication is not good enough, they understand the guests' needs at once, which saves worry and effort. Overall, I am quite satisfied.

호텔 바로 옆에 팀홀튼이 위치해있습니다. 다운타운도 도보로 7분이면 도착해서 위치가 좋았습니다. 일찍 도착했는데 얼리 체크인을 해주었습니다.

Tim Hortons is located right next to the hotel. The location was good as it was a 7-minute walk to downtown. I arrived early and was able to check in early.

The moment I walked into the lobby and was greeted by the staff, I knew it was going to be an incredible trip. To start, the location is amazing. Walking distance to so many restaurants, coffee shops, and stores. What made the trip extra special was the head concierge, Alexsander. It was my first time in Canada and he told me so much about the history of some buildings and recommended all the places to go. He even took the extra step to walk my friend and me to Palate Kitchen around the corner to make sure we didn’t get lost and introduced us to the hostess. It was such an incredible level of customer service that I haven’t ever experienced , even when staying at other 5 star hotels. All the recommendations of sites to see made our trip absolutely perfect .  The overnight front desk agent even offered me water and offered to call a cab when my Uber cancelled for my 5am flight. The other employee working that shift even carried my luggages to the car in the rain and waited with me outside until they were there. The room was spotless and so beautiful. Housekeeping did an amazing job. We were also given a handwritten card with Rosé upon arrival  as well as breakfast vouchers and early check in.   Thank you so much to the staff for making my vacation so magical. I can’t wait to refer my friends vacationing to stay at this hotel. What a special experience! Also, the breakfast and restaurant staff was phenomenal ! 

Have stayed twice now at this wonderful new hotel in downtown Vancouver. The rooms have been fitted out very tastefully, the beds are super comfortable and the shower is one of the nicest I’ve ever had in a hotel! We had breakfast at Dahlia, which is the restaurant in the foyer. I had the croque madame which was delicious and my wife had the “eggsquisite” which was huge! All the staff we interacted with extremely courteous and helpful.  We will be back!

I had a very comfortable stay here at the Azur. The staff are all incredible and the rooms are absolutely stunning. I highly recommend checking this hotel out next time you're staying in Vancouver. I look forward to staying here again.
