Fantastic hotel! Bed was comfy! And hotel was in great location! Proximity to Burrand metro station and Robson Street for shopping were all very handy. Walkable to Gastown and Chinatown too!

Excellent location, at Burred station, waterfront line skytrain. Our room was upgraded to Balcony room. Not sure if good or not because first morning awoke by crow calling. 2nd morning awoke by other guests closing doors and noisy chatting at corridor during quiet hours. Only a few minutes walking, you could reach any kinds of restaurant you want that haven't chance to try hotel's. Service rating is N/A, only check-in would meet front desk.

Nice hotel and location, near all tourist places , restaurants, shop and supermarket .

i stayed briefly in this hotel. seemed to be ok and location is very convenient

The location was perfect, and the room was quite spacious for the two of us, my teenager son and i, as we were in town for university campus visits. The beds were very comfortable, and the Starbucks in the lobby, and the mosaic restaurant served good food (for lunch). Parking was right down in the basement, and was very convenient. We parked the car there and walked around Robson avenue for shopping. Checkout was also very speedy and done online, without the need to line up.

Hyatt Regency Vancouver has strategic location as we can walk around for food, train station just across it and near shopping malls. Room is clean and confortable. We had a good Stay there as staff are friendly and helpful

I stayed for 11nights. It was a very convenient location. Very close to Robson and all the luxurious brands. Maybe because the room was too big, it was bit cold even I turn on the ac. The breakfast didn’t have much variation but about 40cad/person a day and there is a long line up every morning…

The Hyatt was amazing with great service from the moment we walked in the door. We were able to leave our luggage while we waited for our room so we could explore the city. They were wonderful and cleaning our dirty towels and changing beds each day, the outdoor pool and hot tub were a welcome site after long days of walking. The only downside was the lack of restaurant access. 1 restaurant is barely open and the other is so high priced and doesn't deliver to your room. Thankfully Skip the Dishes was an option. Starbucks right in the lobby, can't go wrong with that!!

Location and cleanliness are all good but no slippers and kettle kind of things inside the room, I mean… hotels are meant to be providing convenience to travellers rather than highlighting environmentally friendly.. but overall it is a nice stay especially the room cleaning staff are super friendly

Great location. Right in front of Burrad station. easy to get around in the city. The room is very comfortable.

Perfect as usual. Great location and very helpful staff. They even accepted packages for me and sent them up to my room.
