Nice hotel in prime location, good service

The room was very dusty and some of the staff not very friendly at the counter when checking out

Room was small, paid extra to get higher floor but got room in a middle floor and they wouldn't change the room because it was busy, not very happy, will not choose this hotel again.

The beautiful street view outside the window of the hotel, the service at the front desk is super good, especially the beautiful monica who helped me with many things, and the hotel's breakfast is also very delicious, next time I come to downtown for business, I will stay at your hotel again, thank you again!

Garbage garbage garbage

It's a very average Marriott hotel, which is definitely worse than domestic ones, because the buildings are very old, so everything looks like it was in the 1990s, and the air conditioner is not too warm. But the service staff was nice, I arrived early and let me check in.

The hotel service is very good and the breakfast is rich

I lived there when I first came to Wenzhou 22 years ago, and it hasn't been renovated until now. The room is small and shabby. Good location, in the city center.

Located in downtown Vancouver, it was very convenient to get to the main attractions. Hotel facilities were a bit outdated. Service and cleanliness worthy of its name.

Fantastic stay. From the minute we arrived the service was excellent. Everyone was very kind and attentive. The front desk gal was lovely and even surprised us with a special Anniversary note and plated sweets in our room. Will definitely stay again.

The heater in our room only ran cold. It was freezing most of the stay, but staff was great.

The hotel rooms, bathrooms and gym are outdated, wonderful staff service with Dwayne in the morning for breakfast

My wife and I absolutely loved the service, amenities, food, almost everything to do with this hotel. Would highly recommend for a busy Vancouver vacation. However, the look of the hotel interior and in room entertainment (t.v.) is terribly dated.
