The hotel is fine. But how come I found out it only cost me Cdn.$368 about $20 cheaper than I booked through you.

Outstanding service at the hotel and both restaurants. Had a wonderful stay and recommend it for sure!

The hotel is located in a very nice location, we got a great view from our room. We were not very happy with the service though, as we arrived at the hotel, we weren’t greeted even though there were 3 people working at the valet nobody directed us where to park. I made eye contact with them but they just continued on chatting. Parking is also quite expensive ($45/ night for self-parking).

The hotel is an older hotel but kept in great condition, it is a little like a resort with several bars, restaurants and pools to choose from. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The location next to Stanley Park and Coal Harbour is excellent and it is very close to Robson St restaurants.

Nice hotel, loved the heated outdoor pool and sauna as well as the breakfast buffet. Happy to come back.

It’s a bit old and more like a resort,,, not hotel,, but the location and outside view are the best!!!! Staffs are nice, too!!! Gonna come back again. See the outside view of the hotel!

The hotel is located in a good location and is convenient for going anywhere. The hotel facilities are relatively old, the service staff are average, and they talk loudly in the corridor.

The hotel is in a good location, the room is clean and comfortable, and the free 3-hour bicycle tour of Stanley Park is a good experience

Hotels in Vancouver are relatively expensive, but this one is good value for money and is close to the beach and Stanley Park.
