Auberge Vancouver Hotel

We are family of 4 stayed in Deluxe King Suite with Harbour View, very happy with the location of the hotel. The room is spacious, and they have Nespresso coffee machine and electric kettle but they don’t provide any plates and spoons. We did groceries for breakfast and we needed spoons for yogurt and plates for fruits. There’re cherry blossoms trees and colorful chairs and many birds flying around just next to our hotel and we could see those beautiful view from our room. The parking garage is also spacious with easy access to the lobby. When we checked in, the reception staff told us that our booking was only for 2 adults and he wanted to charge us more for extra 2 kids but I showed him my booking is for 2 adults and 2 kids. He finally didn’t charge us more but they didn’t set up the sofa bed for our kids. And like others said, the sofa bed is not comfortable and too soft. We stayed with another friends (family of 3) and they gave us rooms in the same floor, and we hanged out everyday in our room especially when it rained whole day on the second day.

Perfect location, perfect view (room 1102), room had everything you needed for a couple of days stay in Vancouver. Would highly recommend, together with a meal in Cardero’s.

I booked this room due to it's location to the port/Canada Place. I didn't realize it was part office building. The lobby was small and didn't have anywhere to sit or relax while it was raining outside. The restaurant associated with this hotel is only accessible by going outside and around the block. The person who checked us in at the front desk was not courteous. When we went to our room, there was only one elevator in service and it took forever. The offices make up floors 2-7. The room looked nice, but the bathroom was dirty with mold on the shower and the sheets on the bed were the worst ones I've ever slept on. They felt like paper. There was one woman at the front desk the next day who was very nice and helped us store our luggage for a few hours while we explored the City. Otherwise, I will not stay here again or recommend it to anyone else.

Excellent location, lovely spacious apartments which are well equipped. Made the stay so much more comfortable.

It’s location within a few mins walk to metro station Waterfront and cruise terminal Canada Place is excellent for those planning to visiting Vancouver and taking the Alaska cruise. They have a great pool, hot tub, steam room and sauna. The room is clean and spacious. We stayed in one bedroom (with two double beds) suite with dining table and a large couch. It was a very nice stay for us.

View was cool. Room was nice, although there was a broken/ flickering light.
