Great hotel in downtown Vancouver Robson Street. Close proximity to train station and shopping district. Room is big and spacious. Nespresso machine and yoga mat provided in room. Front desk staff are super friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel.

The staff were very friendly and allowed me to store my bag both before check in and after checkout. Unfortunately checkin was very late in the afternoon which meant I had to spend a very warm day wandering around Vancouver until I could check in. The room was very large and clean, and the bathroom was very spacious and nice. The location was very central and felt safe - even at night. I would definitely stay here again if I returned to Vancouver.

Good restaurant attached to hotel. Room was spacious and request for a bath was supported. Good location in downtown Vancouver. Staff very helpful. Only Downside was no food options on Christmas day within hotel. Would recommend.

The room is very spacious and clean with comfortable bed. Unfortunately there’s some kind of smoke smell in my washroom even the hotel is non-smoking. May hear little noise from neighborhood. Overall, a satisfied stay!

Waiting for pickup from airport almost 1 hour. Food was good.

I asked for a double bed and was given a twin room. The hotel has the basics. But there is no toothbrush, comb, etc. And the hair dryer is a bit scary and not very clean. . . There is a lot of dust. It’s 6 to 750 meters by car, so that’s okay! But the attitude at the front desk is average. It definitely doesn't feel like this is a 4-star hotel. No bathtub. . . The house on the 11th floor keeps very nice. There is no water machine in the sauna area, so we need to be careful.

The room was okay, close to the city center and False Creek. There is a fee for parking. It is best to temporarily park your car in front of the hotel. After registering the license plate during check-in, drive to the underground garage next to the hotel, use your room card to swipe the iron door of the garage, and then drive in and park.

Easy to access, the rooms are clean and tidy.

The price is on the high side, maybe it is Saturday and there is a ball game

Considering the price in the Downtown area, it is ok, the front desk has Chinese service, and there is an underground parking lot. It's just that the air conditioner in the room is humming at 25°C, making it so noisy that I can't sleep at night. It feels like an average hotel in the three-star category.

The hotel service is very good! We chose to stay in the hotel because the local temperature was too high, so the whole city was full on that day, and they lacked staff, which delayed the check-in time for a while. But the front desk was also very sincere and helped me upgrade my room for free, and also provided free parking (all hotels in downtown Vancouver pay a high price for parking). When I checked out the next day, because the temperature had not yet dropped, I also helped me to delay the check-out time to 2 o'clock. The rooms are also neat and clean, and the air conditioning is also very cool. Overall very satisfied!

Nice quiet property. Within easy walking distance of BC Place and Rogers Arena. Transit options are also nearby within walking distance.
