A lot of Homeless in front of Hotel and Silen's Ambulance is so loud all night. Moreover, The road was fixed so Truck and Machine are loud.

The hotel has everything you need. Staff is helpful. Room is a little small.

Great little spot downtown. Loved the art work, and the outdoor garden area.

room not very clean

The hotel has a clean environment and satisfactory service. There is also a small cocktail party space for chatting with friends. It is located in the center of Vancouver and is suitable for strolling and shopping.

The accommodation felt like an apartment, so it was comfortable. But it's a bit disappointing that they don't give you slippers everywhere you go. In terms of cleanliness and location, it's the best! Other than the amenities, I was very satisfied with the accommodation overall.

There is a courtyard inside the hotel, which gives it an interesting atmosphere. It feels like an apartment, but also a bit like a cottage. The room was also relatively large.

Average room is stuffy

I enjoyed my three night stay at this nice hotel. The price was affordable, the location good, and the staff friendly. Looking down from my room at a green courtyard made me feel relaxed.

I was in town for a conference and opted for a stay at The Burrard. Excellent staff and a lovely aesthetic!

- terrible noise from the elevator (near the elevator and especially on the 4th floor near the engine room) - loud knocking sound kept me awake until 2 am - limited and very cramped parking, difficult to enter the parking lot, turn around, park, unload and even leave it - except for the main entrance - the entire area around the hotel is extremely dirty, filled with homeless people at night

The burrard is a nice hotel, the courtyard is a nice spot to relax. The staff are all very friendly. Bathroom is a bit small but has everything you need. The location is good for getting around but unfortunately lots of people down on their luck.
