The hotel was in a great location.Walkable distance from many eateries .The room and shower was spacious and clean .The breakfast was a delicious traditional breakfast .The pancakes were really good . I didn’t get to experience the pool but it looked very clean .I would come back again .

Value for money. We stay 1 night at triple room included breakfast. Good location with reasonable price. If you want to book Hot air balloon ride, the price at hotel cheaper than direct book to the host.

The hotel is very nice, with friendly staff and a good breakfast. They also have a rooftop bar which is great for watching the sunset. You can see balloons, paramotors, and other interesting sights from there. We'll definitely be coming back again!

Hotel is quite old and in a rather dark and quiet street. Staff was relatively helpful. The good thing is the roof top has a fantastic view of the sunset.

You can the green bus from train station by 40,000 Laos money and hide a scooter to hit all the places. Breakfast is not much choice just have enough 3-4 choices.

This review was supposed to be much worse if it wasn't for the staff, such amazing people! They did everything they could to fix things, but the hotel is really bad. I moved between 3 bedrooms and found the following: bugs especially ants on the bed, strong smell of cigarette everywhere in the property, TV looking like a fake one with super outdated streaming service which doesn't work, old furniture. In summary, if it was cheap or if in Laos you couldn't find a real 4-stars service I'd ignore this review, but that's not the case. I found really good accommodations for even lower prices, so staying here was a mistake. I'm not coming back.

The hotel is well placed but still calm in the center, the rooms are clean, the level of service is good. The breakfast proposed is rather basic. Overall a good place to stay for the weekend or more.

Overal agood hotel. We had the most expensive room which cs,e with a large jacuzzi , wonderful after a hectic day .,wonderful views of the mountains . Our experience was marred by the constant overpowering smell of cigarette smoke in the corridor from some other rooms dedpite no smoking rule. Room doors all had a centimeter gap at the bottom allowing smoke to exit the smokers rooms and enter ours. We had to plug the gap with a towel. We complained to reception who promised stop the problem but a false promise. Other than that staff were very helpful with information and bookings.

Excellent hotel with affable service staff always willing to help. Very clean, well decorated, nice rooftop bar for sundowners with an excellent view of the city (including the hotair balloons. Within reach of main transport arteries in the town, restaurants, curio shops, markets, and other tourism/entertainment related amenities. Overall a pleasant experience, highly recommended for work and business trips or basic leisure. Khun. Tawan.

What a gem of a hotel! The rooms were comfortable, the breakfast was tasty, and the rooftop bar was the perfect place to relax and take in the stunning views. The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure I had everything I needed during my stay. Overall, a fantastic experience and I can't wait to return!
