The hotel is located in good location with beautiful view from the room. Not far from the city. Staffs were very nice and very good customer service

Super recommend to book a room with balcony with mountain view. Sunsets are stunning! Room was always clean. Aliza from reception was very friendly and helpful.

For the price, the stay was okay. Rooms were clean. The breakfast was just okay. The bar service was not active and there is no restaurant on the premises to have lunch or dinner. During my stay it was raining heavily so it was inconvenient to leave the hotel to get food. The pool and view is beautiful. The location is great too. Walking distance to the walking street.

Need to replace new aircon because its too old and small, not enough for the room, it is too hot also especially this summer season.

Really like it. The staff are lovely, friendly, and give good advice. Breakfast is varied and they don't hold back on food. They refill it all the time. Water flows strongly. The view is nice. They welcome customers even if they check in early. Checked in at 11 am and they opened the room for me.

The room is spacious and ok. But at night, the electricity went out for 2 hours. Breakfast is a self-order.

The key is that the renovation was done in the morning and not in the afternoon. It just didn't let me sleep well. It was raining outside and I could only hide in the hotel to sleep well. I couldn't stop for a moment. There was a river outside, and every time a cruise ship passed by, the engine sound was also huge. When I left, I found that the renovation was on the floor above mine. The hotel knew that the upstairs would be noisy, but they didn't move my room away. They didn't care about the lives of their guests at all. There was no wifi when I slept at the head of the bed. Every time I connected and disconnected, I had to run to the balcony to find the network. I was extremely anxious and didn't rest well at all. It was very humid near the river, and I was always noisy by water activities. There was no cleaning of the floating dirt on the swimming pool. The water was green. I don't know where the good reviews came from
