Absolutey best hotel near Helsinki airport..so lovely service.clean..super breakfast but best was lovely, friendly, professional workers..special thank for reception people who took me serioursly and when I did panic of leaving my visa card there and my daughter left her ring..and we got ring back by post and I did find my card from my bag..because reception person said to me to take a one more look😍but still took me very seriously and said he would look for it and ask everyone and will keep me contact.

I visited the Pilot Airport Hotel on a business trip and I thoroughly enjoyed the experience. My room was small but cosy and contained everything I needed on my business trip. It was quiet, very comfortable bed and bathroom and excellent WIFI connection to do my work. The biggest asset of this hotel is its exceptionally polite and helpful staff who really made me feel so welcome during my stay. The breakfast buffet was very nice and the restaurant offers delicious food. Outside the hotel you have excellent bus connections to Helsinki and the staff is more than willing to help you pick the sights worth seeing. They will definitely be seeing me again in the future.

Business travel. Good and fast connection to airport. Buses c.a. every 20 minutes. Rooms clean. Food could be a little bit better, but still was very good. Service - super kind people, smiled, always wish to help.

Stay in standard room. The room was large and the suitcase was easily spread. Cleaning is also well done. And the hotel in the Breaksocos group is delicious everywhere with breakfast buffet. There is a hotel in the shopping mall, and I enjoyed the sauna at the ”Flamingo Spa” on the １ floor. Close to Helsinki Vanter International Airport, recommended on the last day of the trip.

Excellent 4 star, one stop from the airport. One step away from the subway entrance, breakfast while observing the flow of people in and out of the subway. You can have breakfast at 4 o'clock in the morning, and the equipped sauna hotel is a standard 4-star hotel. It takes 30 minutes to take the subway directly to Helsinki Railway Station, and I will stay at his home next time.

If this review was of the shuttle bus from the airport we would give it 5 stars as the driver was first class, really friendly and welcoming and did a great job as ambassador for the hotel, helped us with our luggage and advised us on our travel into Helsinki for the evening...a true gentleman. The hotel itself was ok. We managed to get a good night's sleep here, bed was comfy although someone had obviously smoked in the room as it smelled of smoking. The WIFI was not available on the night we were there ( no internet connection). We couldn't get the AC to work which was a shame as it was very warm when we were there however at least we were able to get the window open so it eventually cooled down. The room otherwise was fine and the bathroom had modern fittings. Plenty of hot water for showering before heading back to the airport by 10 minute shuttle bus ride, so very convenient for the airport. Didn't try the breakfast arrangents as it was such an early start . We liked that we could get the shuttle bus back to the airport and then get the train from there out to Helsinki centre for sight seeing and restaurants. Very good shuttle service.

It has everything you need, from an induction stove and refrigerator to a microwave and an electric kettle, so it feels like a one-room apartment for a single person. I was able to spend my time like I was living there, warming up takeaway deli food and making salads. The sauna is unisex and swimsuits are required. It was very clean and I was able to relax in it. There is also a laundry room, which anyone staying at the hotel can use for free. It was about a 2-minute walk from the nearest Marni station. It takes 15 minutes by train to Helsinki Central Station, and about the same to the airport. There are also many local buses that depart from the station, and you can get to Marimekko and Iittala Arabia Center in Herttoniemi in 20 minutes without changing buses. In any case, it is very convenient for transportation and is perfect for long-term stays. I would like to stay here again the next time I visit Helsinki. However, there is no front desk, and the staff are only there from 10:00 to 18:00. I arrived at a time other than that, but I didn't know how to enter, so I just went through the entrance when people were entering and leaving. When the staff is there, they will store your luggage for you. The self check-in code is supposed to be emailed to you in advance, but I still hadn't received it even a week before... I inquired with Trip.com, but they said it would arrive before check-in. I still hadn't received it the day before, so I contacted the hotel directly and they emailed me the code. I was a bit worried about that, but I'm very satisfied with my long-term stay. I'd like to use this hotel again when I visit Helsinki.

Hotel is located one minute away from railway station, you don´t even have to walk outside if you come via train. From station you can travel easily to Helsinki Centrum, or other direction to airport.(or north) We had room in 6´th floor, windows away from station. We didnt´t hear traffic noise. Room was small, but not too small. Two beds(average), blankets good. Toilet and shower small but ok. Room also had oven if you need that. We didn´t see any personnel, even I think there was someone few hours a day in lobby? We didn´t have breakfast, and don´t know if there was any. But in railway station/mall there are a lot of places where to have breakfast, or food, etc. Room was clean and quite classy. Absolutely worth of that price.
