Hotel Navya Palace Daman

# hotel area is not good and not safe. They haven't parking area also. They haven't owe n kitchen also. # service staff is rude and disrespectful. # they forget our breakfast also. We called 3 times for the breakfast but didn't respond. # room is spacious and good. # ac's water leaking in room surface. Washroom is very dirty with bad smell. Washroom door's lock issues. Very very bad experience with this property.

Pathetic rooms, zero hygiene. Never ever go into this hotel specially with family and friends. Rooms are not at all clean and worst customer service by staff.

Very sad to see that property is poorly mained, customer are given substandard rooms, for the money we are paying, a. C, geyser, tv was not in working condition.

Hotel is not providing complementary breakfast before 10 am even though spent 400 rs extra for it. They will give 1 cutting tea or coffee with 1 plate poha or 2 piece idli or 2 vada. So very pathetic about food. Even they don't have normal drinking water other than bisleri water 32 rs each

No regulator for fan, no cleaning mat outside washroom, no hand towels, no dustbin at all

The rooms were dirty and very unhygienic. We were promised better rooms (deluxe to premium) at an additional 2500 for two rooms but that was more bad than the deluxe. The hotel doesn't have a restaurant and they got food packed from other place and it was bland, taste was very bad, items were replaced and different from what we ordered. In the night cockroaches popped out, the linen on bed was used, the washrooms were leaking. The breakfast was charged but it was ala carte and not a buffet. Parking was also an issue.

Nice hotel just 5 kilometres to devka beach, spacious room

Bathroom is not clean. Broken seat of toilet. No cleanliness.
