The duty manager was extremely helpful and provided us with amazing experience right from start of my stay. From the moment I arrived, there warm welcome set the tone for what would be an unforgettable stay. Fortune park Galaxy vapi Hotel staff is very helpful Mr Susen & others !! Room are excellent Breakfast is good but lunch and dinner are not so as maximum time repeats if you are staying for a long time ! For improving the taste of food it's should cooked the food instead of purchasing from outer market

As my experience, this place is very good , nice and all people how work here are so friendly and I was very comfortable during one month that I was there . And specially my friend how name is Susen , he is very good guy and he help a lot on housekeeping.

The service was excellent and the staff is kind and coorperative and housekeeping Vikash has the best behaviour and is very kind we enjoyed the food too and the service was impeccable and special mention to the front desk for welcoming us like we are in our home

One of the safest and best places to stay if you are in Vapi . Food is delicious and rooms are comfortable . Staff is warm and polite . The renovated Fortune Galaxy is definitely recommended for a stop over at Vapi - with friends and family - personal or official trip

Always make us feel like home. Excellent customer service, always accommodating. We forgot our charger and the housekeeping Vrindavan / Santosh gave their own personal charger. Food is great, wide variety and very tasty. Rooms are very clean and well-maintained.
