Che bella storia ! Ci siamo immedesimati in questa favola scritta da una coppia Italo / Belga ( Nathalie & Thierry ) un percorso durato 2 notti e tante attenzioni, che io e mia moglie Kristina cercavamo per evadere dalla city. Sapori , viste mozzafiato , sonno profondo con ottime camere e tanto cibo di altissima qualità , che solo una siciliana come Nathalie e un attento Manager come Thierry possono trovare a Km0. Un villaggio romantico come Claviers 🇫🇷, lascia il segno scritto per un week and che non avrà mai fine. Voto 10/10 grazie per questa fantastica esperienza, ci torneremo presto 🔜!

MMei26The service by the hotel was really good. We enjoyed both our complimentary breakfast and lunch buffet. The hotel provide free shuttle rides to the town and private beach clubs as well. The gardens are beautiful
The sauna and steam room was very hot, way above the normal spa in other hotels which are slightly strange. The pools are okay not particularly special. Dinner at the Italian restaurant in the hotel is very overpriced and food is mediocre. We had to send the carbonara back because it was inedible with the amount of salt in it.
The most puzzling issue we had was actually our room is fully lighted in white light, which is not common in a 5 star luxury hotel. There was no ambient light. The bathroom looks like a hospital toilet, and the decor looks outdated. We requested to change to other rooms but the hotel said they are full. It was then we found out that some rooms have already been refurbished with better lightings, and some are still dated. It made us wonder whether they gave us an outdated room because we booked via a third party website and not direct.
We had high expectations because this is a 1500 dollars stay, and we expected way more for the room. Despite liking the service, we have to say it is not value for money, and the hotel can do way better in terms of their room and restaurant.

We really enjoyed being in the beautiful hotel Le Verger Maelvi! The room was so charming, with the lovely balcony and wonderful view. Exceptional! We also liked the breakfast very much, so much choice and perfect service. It was only for 2 nights because the hotel was fully booked, but we enjoyed every minute of it! So don’t hesitate if you want the most cozy hotel on a perfect location to visit Grimaud, Port Grimaud, St tropez… The owners are very helpful, you can ask anything (nice beaches, good restaurants,…). They were also very kind for our little son. We miss it already !

I write with a great deal of sadness. My wife and I stayed at L’abbaye many times. Because of our love for L’abbaye, and our desire to introduce our children and grandchildren to your hotel and Provence, we planned a family celebration of our birthdays for this summer. Regrettably, L’abbaye fell far short of the impeccable standards of elegance we were accustomed to over the years. Service was subpar, the rooms suffered from a lack of quality control and functionality, and even the presentation of dinners lacked the artistic creativity and small but significant touches of refinement that always were present in our previous stays. Service. There were certain exceptions. Mr. Mongour was a pleasure to work with in planning for our visit and arranging our birthday party which unfortunately had to be canceled. He also was very cooperative when we checked in. The young women at Reception were also very helpful when they were there. Otherwise, there were serious lapses in service such as long waits for drinks in the late afternoon, at least three occasions when there was no one at Reception for extended periods and one instance when drinks were not restocked in the empty refrigerator in my son’s room. If memory serves, L’abbaye regularly served beverages before and after dinner in years past. Although there were suitable numbers of wait staff and assistants at dinners, service was still not up to the elegant standards we experienced during past stays at L’abbaye. A Sommelier who in past years always helped me select Var wines is no longer employed. In this connection, one night the server admitted she could not help me to select a wine. I asked her if there was someone who could help me. A few moments later, the General Manager came to our table and selected a nice wine. The server should have summoned him without my having to ask. At breakfast, there must have been a misunderstanding between or among hotel management and servers. On several occasions, servers insisted that all members of our family be seated together at the same breakfast table after having been told emphatically that family members would rather sit at separate tables as we ate breakfast at different times. Also, at breakfast, we were not asked when we sat down if we wanted coffee. Coffee was often served several minutes after we were seated, and the coffee wasn’t very good. Room Quality. My wife and I stayed in the same room in 2002. While decorated differently, the upstairs and downstairs furnishings were almost identical. Sadly, the fit and finish of the rooms need work. The towel holder in the bath/shower fell apart and the toilet paper holder is rusty and in disrepair. There are too few electrical receptacles upstairs and down for charging smartphones, laptops or IPads. Finally, and most critically, the air conditioning even when working properly did not cool the upstairs levels of our rooms adequately. Although it

GGuest UserUnfortunately, a newly renovated house, which is still very well equipped, which is very attractive and that is also, meets absolutely incapable staff. Maybe they had a long season.... But just the old lady at the reception, who did not speak English or tried to break it, was nice at the first moment, but no one of your statements has proved reliable! On the arrival day we could not book a table for dinner at 17.40 at the same day (we had a 9-hour trip behind us). Later we asked again for the next evening. We then received a pledge for the next evening at 19.45. Unfortunately, we did not get the table in the restaurant next night, because the lady from the reception, which was there on the other hand, was also there on the second night, but, as all the others, she was discharged from the staff, didn't remember anything.... It was a good idea to get us to the team and to the guests (which is probably working per employee and not per guest). Our advantage was that we had already paid at the arrival and could prove that. The situation was not only bad, but also skurril. It was particularly bad that our children made the statement (filial 7Jahre) ”she is happy to come back here”. We had no longer a bit of dinner there. And we looked for something else again. The breakfast on the day of departure was as well as the morning before and it went piece-by-piece everything was empty. Whatever S*****es, cheese, eggs, marmelade.... It was not because there was too little staff there. Also here was looked away, it was only important to clean the tables of guests who went as quickly as possible and thus clean.

GGuest UserWe had an unplanned 4 night stay at the hotel following a break in to our camper van (which was parked by the naval barracks in central Toulon). All of our personal belongings were stolen, including our passports; all we had with us was our little dog, his food and feeding bowls and the clothes we were wearing. We arrived very late in the evening to the hotel (without a reservation) and still in complete shock. We were able to securely park our damaged van in the underground car park and made our way to reception. There, we were met by Kevin, who was brilliant and very understanding - he made sure we had everything we needed before we went to bed that night. The next morning, we had a huge amount of admin and logistics to navigate, as our original plan was to travel onwards to Mallorca, and this is when we met Samuel. There were countless times that myself and partner asked Samuel for his help and advice with trying to print documents and assist with communicating on our behalf. Our French isn’t very good and the team’s English is excellent! He went above and beyond to help us. Nothing was a problem despite him and the team being very busy. We met Bernard a few days into our stay and he also demonstrated the same will to help, cheerfulness and professionalism. He was able to find a good vet for us close to the hotel who was able to help with paperwork and worming treatment for our dog so we could return together back to the U.K. We are extremely grateful to Kevin, Samuel and Bernard for their fantastic service and help. It made a huge difference to us following a very stressful experience. Although most of our interactions were with the guys, we could see that the entire team work really well together and are very organised. There is a good rapport between them all. Thank you to everyone. We are so grateful. It’s the best hospitality and kindness we’ve experienced for a long time. Keep being brilliant!

I had forgotten my new listeners in the room without realizing it and the hotel called me to tell me that the housewife had found listeners !! Но чисто , и уютно . Но все же самое крутое - огромная тихая территория и везде вай фай и бассейн хороший
