Very good hotel. The room is in good condition, the food delicious, the staff is very friendly and charming. The location is really good very close to other hotels and shop stores.

The hotel bar is very good. Ordering a drink to eliminate the fatigue of the day is a good leisure choice for travelers. If you like quiet dining, the hotel can provide room service. I believe that the massage room has thoughtful service and the indoor swimming pool has first-class facilities. The hotel's conference hall and business center provide high-quality services. I look forward to coming again next time.

Melia Varadero is almost the top all-inclusive hotel in the area. I ordered three meals a day, but the experience was no different from the all-inclusive package (daily drinks and beverages), but the buffet tasted a little hard to swallow, and the Japanese food and International were OK. The Caribbean Sea is beautiful, but the easier area to go swimming is in the hotel next door, which takes about 10 minutes to walk along the beach. The hotel facilities are relatively old, but it is good in Cuba, and the service is almost non-existent... There is not even a hotel service map... It's a very dilapidated restaurant with a normal appearance. The room is thin and dilapidated. There are many people at the buffet and few waiters. The smell of oily smoke is strong and it takes a long time to eat. There are few types of food and the feeling is very bad! We just checked out and didn't check in because we couldn't accept the shabby room. It didn't feel like a vacation at all. I submitted my cancellation reason to Trip.com, but it was not accepted. I was extremely disappointed!

In principle, it’s excellent for Cuba, compared to other Cuba there is a choice of food and drinks. The beach is rocky, no frills, nothing special. Wi-Fi didn’t work in the room, only next to the door. There weren’t too many mosquitoes, and neither did jellyfish.

It is recommended to stay in the sea view room floor (5th floor). There will be a dedicated person to greet you when you check in. The all-inclusive package is very cost-effective and the drinks are free. The scenery is beautiful, but the beach at the hotel is a little less beautiful. Overall, it is recommended to stay here.

Wonderful hotel, we finally had a proper meal in Cuba)) We had 5 hotels and Melia was the best. The beach with the entrance along the cobblestones was a little annoying, but it was a little to the side, and the entrance was already beautiful, although there would be no hotel sunbeds there. Due to the fact that the hotel is a Spanish chain, everything is really great with the food: jamon, cheeses, they will fry tuna for you and any meat. But the service is Cuban, if you don’t give grandpa a pretty penny, he will walk past you with water and wine. The safe didn't work, the hangers on the nails were falling off. Animation and entertainment are excellent

The location and view of the hotel are magnificent, perhaps one of the most beautiful beaches we have ever visited. Regarding the hotel, the cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired and the food smells very bad, a lot of options and very low quality of food. Some staff are friendly and others are very rude. The air conditioning in the room started to have water dripping on the floor during the night. Finally, the beach is worth it, otherwise the cost-benefit ratio is very low.

The hotel service was very good, but it was a pity that the meals were a little different. I thought it was possible to use the golf course, so I made a reservation, but it was not this hotel, so I paid extra for rounding. It was too well managed to pay money and lay out.. In any case, the Varadero Hotel is satisfactory if the quality of the meal is slightly improved.
