Beautiful location. The room was a bit old but well-maintained. I highly recommend it to travellers. They offer a shuttle service from and to the airport. Staff are super friendly; especially the lady who was in charge of the breakfast. I got to use the pool too! Fully surrounded by nature, it is a perfect place to unwind!

Very friendly service. Great transfer from and to Airport can be easily booked at any time. English friendly 😇 Simple breakfast but has everything essential. Rooms are old but very authentic. Smells like wood 🪵 This hotel has a swimming pool free of charge , although I didn’t have a chance to try it. Very nice place for a short stay.

The free pick-up and drop-off from the airport is very convenient and responsible. You can add the hotel Whatsapp. There are many choices for breakfast and dinner. The environment is beautiful and comfortable, the room is quiet and hygienic, and the staff is friendly and enthusiastic.

Really a good place, with free shuttleservice to the airport even! The wifi is free, and works perfectly - and the familyroom we had was spacious and clean - nothing missing with cleaning every say. Great pool area. We enjoyed the breakfast very much! The dinner was buffet during our stay due to the storm, so we can’t really rate the dinner. But everything else was ok. One missing star is for the playground, which is kind of too tired and should be replaced? But other than that: we had two great days here as a family and will come back.

I received outstanding customer service on the 2 occasions I stayed there within a week. Too long to go into, but the staff rescued me twice when I was in quite some difficulties on each stay. I simply can't thank the super staff enough, they bent over backwards to help me and were so kind and generous. Brilliant, brilliant service, Grazie Mille.

Family trip in northern Italy. Very nice hotel, charming location, in the center of a nature reserve. Very quiet. Pleasant pool with direct access from the rooms. Parking adjacent to the rooms. The rooms are designed as a gallery with wooden stairs to the top floor. The air conditioner was very weak and the gallery floor was quite hot. Due to the location also a lot of mosquitoes. Not bad wireless internet in the rooms. Breakfast is very basic but adequate. The rooms are very clean and a pleasant country atmosphere. 25 minutes' drive from Malpensa airport. Extremely reasonable prices. Recommended for those who intend to walk around the area.

I was wondering why such a beautiful structure had so many bad reviews, "the usual exaggerated ones" I said to myself. And instead I literally ran away from this facility, I should have stayed 4 days and 3 nights, I left after the first night. In order: - they assign me a room that looks like a hovel, dark and without external spaces, while on the phone they told me that all the rooms had a balcony... I refuse to take that room (112) and they change it ( with 128) after complaining about not having other accommodations - the new room has a single bed, it's small, but it doesn't matter - the outside table is dirty, I asked for spray and cloth to clean it myself (see photo) - the room it is dusty and has cobwebs and large spiders on the ceiling (see photo), I ask them to clean it and no one worries about it, I ask for at least a broom in the evening and the girl at the reception reaches me and handles it while the cobwebs fall on my things and she tries to chase the spiders that escape onto the floor... - in the room the toilet door is missing, I point this out, they send me a boy to fix it but he tells me that they don't have the piece; to flush the toilet I have to pull the plunger by hand (see photo) - I tell myself to be patient, it happens... - for lunch they sit me at a table very close to other people, zero anti-Covid regulations, they explain to me that they have a wedding in the evening and therefore they are "a bit in the air"; ok... - lunch is plentiful, the second course (cutlet) is good even if immersed in oil, the spaghetti with mussels tasteless, but still better than dinner: risotto without flavour, very thin grilled slice, dried up broccoli (they had to be gratinated ) and cement-like mousse, but come on... for €50 a night I wasn't expecting Babette's lunch! But the fact that the owners start smoking in the dining room is perhaps a bit much... - in the evening however I wake up around 1am due to noise in the swimming pool, in front of my door, I kindly ask you to lower your voice but they continue undisturbed until 2... - the next day I inform the owner of the noise and she signals me to stay quiet: there are customers behind us... (...) - breakfast in the heat among the mosquitoes, stuff mediocre and mostly packaged... Everything buffet and everyone without a mask... - I decide that it is not the case to have lunch at the restaurant of the 4 star hotel (4!!!) and that it is better to enjoy a bit of peace in the pool... Attacked by vulgar and rude boys, not residents of the hotel, there for a party, who repeatedly dive in, purposely splashing everywhere, so I decide to go back to the room's terrace (the pool is too low for diving, I think every rule of conduct is violated) - at 6.00 pm the DJ set starts, unannounced, at full volume (have they paid the SIAE?!), the space in front of my room is filled with rude rabble, without masks , who shouts and swears repeatedly while praising the f**k on the microphone and who stands shoulder to shoulder
