The hotel exceeded my expectations. The staff were very friendly. I got an upgrade to a larger, more modern room. The check-in staff and the service staff member named Sai Hill provided excellent service.

The accommodations are nice. The staff are excellent. I was very satisfied with the hotel itself. However, there was some noise from the building next door, even though it wasn't construction. The hotel is nice. The staff are friendly.

Upon check-in, we were given a dirty room with stains on the bed linen. After asking for the room to be cleaned and the sheets changed, they changed the sheets but didn't clean the room. The room was very cold. In the morning, a staff member knocked on the door and kindly offered two glasses of hot milk. Upon checkout, it turned out the milk cost 500 rupees. So there you have it...

It's very humid, the sound is very good, there's a peephole in the door, you can clearly see everything that's going on inside the room.

The location was great and I think it's one of the nicest hotels in the area!!

La ubicación es buena te permite ir andando hasta el mercado y el Gath Dashaswamedh. No esperes estándares europeos de limpieza, pero es muy correcto, el aire acondicionado funciona estupendamente y el personal es muy muy amable. Lo mejor del hotel es el personal, con mucha diferencia. Cenamos con servicio de habitaciones y la comida es muy rica y está bien elaborada. El hotel es muy silencioso al estar en la parte de atrás de una calle principal.
