I understand that writing a negative review is easy for me, but it is hard for the hotel owner, but I'm sorry, this will be a truthful review for other tourists. So, a banal question - why do you need a hotel at all? There is nothing unusual in the answer - to get ready and sleep (rest). We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights, which is quite a long time. But we couldn't sleep a single night, it was pure hell. Night #1 - boom, bam, rumble, similar to construction work, they are moving something heavy from above, as soon as you fall asleep, you are woken up by a sharp and loud noise. We did not understand what this terrible noise was - either a production workshop nearby, or repair / construction work. Night #2 from December 31st to January 1st - we were expecting something special, they were celebrating New Year's in the hotel restaurant - music, singing, noise that does not allow you to sleep. But I want to ask the hotel owner - why did they decide for us that we want to participate in this?! No! We wanted to get a good night's sleep in two days, but we weren't given that. Nights 3 and 4—the same noise as the first night, until 2-3 a.m. Also, for some reason, music plays in the lobby at night, and then turns it back on at 6 a.m. in the morning, even though breakfast at the hotel starts at 8 a.m. So why would you want guests if they simply have nothing better to do at that time?! At night, around 3 a.m., the cleaner mops the floor. But he uses the mop so peculiarly that it bangs loudly against the stone floor, and this also interferes with sleep. Also, regarding the cleanliness of the room—the linens were dirty, with stains and hair; we weren't even sure they were fresh. There was no toilet paper or disposable slippers upon check-in (we asked for them and they gave them). The detergents are very specific—they stick to the skin and hair, and are very difficult to wash off. On the third day of our stay, the towels were not changed at all, and the floor was not washed. They give two small bottles of water per person (in other hotels, it's 1 liter). The staff is quite helpful, but the hotel is seriously overpriced. The hotel has a perfect sign and façade, but the interior clearly lacks polish.
