Hotel Bachchan Palace

This hotel isn't luxurious. Initially, we were given a room that felt very uncomfortable; water was dripping in the bathroom, and the fan was creaking. After showering, the water wouldn't stop running, so they switched our room. The new room was much better. Pros: There's hot water (and a bucket to mix it with), comfortable beds, pillows are moderately comfortable, and the room was cool, but they provided good warm blankets. The elevator works, and the staff are friendly and helpful. The restaurant food is of average quality. It's better to walk down the street and eat at local places or at Raja Cafe, etc. They don't provide soap, shampoo, or other toiletries, even though it's mentioned on the receipt. They do provide toilet paper, and bottled water in the room, as well as water upon arrival.

I understand all the hotels in Varanasi are like this. The location is superb, and the drive to the hotel will definitely leave you impressed. The room locks with a latch and padlock. From the inside, there are two latches. The room was clean. Jesus was watching over us.

It's easily accessible, within a 5-minute walk of tourist attractions. However, it's located in an area where cars can't enter, so if you're coming by car from the airport, you'll have to get on and off on a main road 10-15 minutes' walk away. The staff were all very friendly.

The location is great, near the gas station. But keep in mind that you can't get there by car.

I was very satisfied with both the service and the location. It's close to the Ganges River and a famous lassi shop, so I recommend it if you want to experience the atmosphere of Varanasi. The staff were also wonderful. The facilities were old, but the elevator in particular had a retro manual door that you rarely see in Japan, so it had a nice atmosphere. The hotel was also well-cleaned and there were no problems. It was a little difficult to get to because it was located in a very narrow and winding alley, but I think that's also part of the charm of Varanasi.

The room is spacious, but the entrance is very narrow, looks a bit dangerous. But the location is very good, near the popular port of Varanasi.

The location is complicated and difficult to find
