BrijRama Palace, Varanasi - by the Ganges

The hotel's location is very convenient, with the main ghats within walking distance. The hotel's transfer service is convenient—a spacious car provides water, dried fruit, nuts, and cookies. The hotel's spaciousness and amenities exceeded all expectations, and the service is top-notch, as if you were the most important and beloved guest. The enchanting, authentic interior (the hotel's palace history is evident), high-quality bath amenities, snow-white towels, and the spaces are filled with a subtle floral scent are complemented by crisp sheets and a pillow menu. The room's minibar is stocked with unlimited beverages, an impressive selection of tea and coffee, and dried fruit and nuts are also available. Fresh desserts and fruit are also delivered to your room throughout the day. The hotel offers exciting entertainment throughout the day: yoga classes, live music on traditional instruments, henna decoration, dancing, and even an astrological consultation. 😄 Be careful, the cuisine is a masterpiece of regional culinary excellence; I gained 2 kg in 4 days! Special thanks to Chef Arif for the delicious delights! After long walks around Varanasi, this was a heavenly haven. It was a pleasure to return to, sit on the terrace overlooking the Ganges, and contemplate the swirling sacred river while the guards vigilantly guard against monkeys. :) Thanks to all the hotel staff for a comfortable stay. I would return to this city just for the atmosphere of the BrijRama Palace!

The staff were incredibly kind, and the food was delicious! While traditional music performances are rare in Varanasi during the hot season, this hotel offers live music and dance performances right inside the hotel. The support during my trip was also very attentive, and I felt completely at ease getting back to the airport. It was an amazing experience. I've recommended it to my family and friends. I want to go again!

This is considered a popular hotel, but it wasn't as good as I expected. The high tide flooded the road and stairs in front of the main entrance, making it inconvenient to get in and out. Cars couldn't drive there, and you had to walk a bit. Although there were staff members to help with the luggage, it was still very inconvenient. The service itself was very satisfactory and impeccable.

The chai and lassi we had at the hotel were the best we've ever had. The staff were very accommodating to our requests.

Excellent location. Beautiful building. Rooms need some maintenance, especially bathrooms.
