Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel per i nostri giorni a Varanasi.
Hotel moderno, assai confortevole e organizzato. Standard di pulizia elevati e cucina eccellente;
staff cortese e disponibile.
Un po’ distante dal centro storico .

The amenities were excellent but the hospitality and smiling faces of staff is lacking. Under trained staff not as per 5 star quality. The ambience was less welcoming and it was smelling weird at the reception. Food was not served with love to indians as compared to foreigners. Services should be equal to all as we are paying the same. The food tasted average.

Location is good as it's close to varanasi junction (say around a km) but quite far from kashi vishwanath temple. I feel front office needs lot of training and needs to improve their communication skills. When i checked in around 2. 15 pm, there was absolutely no crowd then too it took 12 to 13 minutes to complete the formalities. They were not sure about the vacant room number and with lots of discussion among themselves they decided to allot me the room. Better coordination is expected from a hotel of this level. Rooms are excellent. Very spacious, all the amenities as well ambience is great. Housekeeping is excellent. Breakfast is descent and spread is good. Again in restaurant i feel stewards requires lot of training.

Found the property via makemytrip. Excellent big sized premier rooms, courteous staff and the food and room service was just awesome. Special mention to chef anand who went out of the way and arranged food on our request at 4. 30am for us to carry back during out 9 hour long journey to new delhi.

Location of the hotel to enjoy roaring sea is beautiful. Food nice and tasty being served as per one's requirement. Service is good

I find staff most cordial humble, cleanliness was also very nice. This was my second visit. This hotel is worth of money.
