Had trouble with check in. Reception created a mess but somehow got a room and want byegones to be bygones. The hotel room was okay and breakfast was just very normal. The check in was a lot of mess because the hotel had overbooked rooms and said that i would have to adjust with a non ac room or go to some other hotel. After a lot of shouting and fights i finally get a room where the tap didn't work and hair dryer was not working either. Overall horrible review and would not at all recommend the hotel to anyone. Even if you do please call the restaurant atleast 2 days earlier for everyday so that you do not face this. Hotel staff kept giving excuses for not giving water bottles and left us without any water. Also , do not book from trip.com , horrible customer service they connect you with some random person who is confused enough to even understand what to do . The support calls up i say you should take actions like blacklisting against these hotels , the lady goes in a sarcastic tone , " right , thank you so much for your advice sir." Plus promised to call back in 20 mins. Still awaiting the call. Hope atleast someone takes some action against this whole mess.
