Horrible stay, rooms are cozy 8×7 ft water comes out from bathroom straight in the room , the host can't entertain any problems, have a smile throughout the stay but do nothing, fan not working tv not working, the list will be bigger. Their restaurant is third class, when order food then he will go to bazar and after making preparations you can't intake third class preparation. then I go to next building for lunch and dinner but then he off my room electric supply. then I cancel third day booking.

property reach is not good, through thin passage can be reach to room and foun it was full with smell. No kattle, TV found in property, It is not well maintained and small room as comperision to description given in website. Kindly check property before to book. AC was not working properly and very conjusted room. restaurent was filled with smell and no AC in restaurant. Owner was not responding to MMT team as they have called multiple time to property owner. room size is small 6×6 bed, 2x8 galaxy, not as per specification given in description.

Location is excellent. Behavior of the staff is too bad. Very poor service. The person at the reception doesn’t deserve a job there. Doesn’t know anything about how to behave.

I booked triple occupancy room and when i reached at hotel they said that only double occupancy room available. Staff was so rude and said that you can cancel your booking (as my booking was under non refundable category) i can't cancel my booking because its too late 2300 hrs. They show me room, the room have no window, no proper cleaning, washroom was too small. Worst hotel i ever stay. I request mm t kindly take action as your premier guest will suffer in future by these type of hotels.

The owner didn't consider the request to give my parents room on the first floor. My parents are above 65 yrs and have had great difficulty climbing stairs.

The photographs shown are actually misguiding, the owner behaved very rudely when i told the room is not spacious enough to accommodate 3 of us, even the entry to the guest house is very tidy and narrow, i changed the hotel very next day of my arrival.

Not recommended to any type of customer be it solo, family or couple. Any vehicle can't reach the hotel so you have to walk for 750 mtrs with luggage to reach there, upon arrival also u can't locate it as no signage or board is visible, resulting u keep on asking local shopkeepers about it and get mislead. The room will be allocated on 3rd floor and to get into that u have to cross & climb very narrow stairs, the stair steps are so high and small that there are fair chance of you falling down. There are no lifts. Coming to the room, please don't get convinced with the misleading photographs. It is too clumsy with just ac working fine, bathroom being too shady u don't feel like using it after it gets dark. Food was just ok but overly priced compared to what you get outside. Strongly not recommended.
