My room was nothing short of spectacular. The attention to cleanliness was evident, and the room was well-appointed with all the amenities one could ask for. Not worth the money charged by the hotel.
Not a very good experience for me.
Door lock faulty.
Sanitary fittings faulty.
Toiletries were not available in room according to the guest occupancy and I needed to ask for it .
Food in restaurant was not good also and limited menu for breakfast also.
Overall average experience and not worth tarrif charges.

It was very sad experience with this hotel. We faced lots of odour inside the gallery and room. The charges are very high in comparison to cleanliness. I will give 2 out of 10 only.

Rooms not comfortable. Only reception area are good. Very old property. Not maintained as per costing. I recommend go for raddison or ramada

I have stayed at this property for the second time and i will not mind re booking every time. The property is very good located centrally. The rooms are very good. Maintained. The desk staff is good. And helpful. You need yo push them at times to get certain things done. Suggestion. Desktop need usb extensions and or need to be upgraded since i needed to get some urgent work done i was unable to use it since there no usb extension and the desktop usb was not working. Finally had to send an email to get the printouts. Food is very good. The staff in the restaurant is very cordial. Room service is good and prompt.
