I was stayed in Hotel Regency during my 2 days Varanasi visit. my experience was so good. room was neat and clean, good food, and the ample parking. location is good. overall my experience was so nice.

Excellent stay with hotel regency, neat and clean room with ample parking. food was good and served with hygienic. staff was very supportive and professional. Location is best to travels anywhere in Varanasi. I recommend Hotel regency if you are looking for a three star category hotel in Varanasi.

We stayed at Hotel Regency with corporate business colleagues ***** with family members. Unfortunately, our experience was quite disappointing. The very bad experience started with the room condition. One of my friends noticed that the room was not properly cleaned. The bed sheets, pillow covers, and quilt covers appeared to have been reused from a previous guest. The cleanliness standards were extremely poor. The bathroom had no basic amenities, and the towels looked old, worn out, and seemingly used multiple times. It appeared as though they were simply dried and kept back without proper washing, which was unacceptable. On a positive note, the reception staff were polite, calm, and professional in their communication, which is suitable for a business hotel. However, the behavior of the security guards was unpleasant. From arrival to departure, they constantly appeared to be expecting tips, behaving more like street beggars rather than trained hotel security staff. Overall, due to poor hygiene and unprofessional conduct from the security team, this hotel did not meet our expectations.

Excellent location with good parking.Food prices are moderate and quality is excellent.Overall it is located near the station and government bus stop and it is easy to go anywhere from this location

they charge too much for breakfast unnecessarily without offering a proper bill, after asking at the reception they refused to provide the bills as well 😔

good hotel and very near to railway station. Food quality is not so good and higher in cost. They charge it with hotel bill but seperately
