Hotel Cresent - Near Assi Ghat

1. The room I got was a standard room on the ground floor without windows which, in fact, the hotel should inform about on the room's description. 2. After entering the room, the tables and most of the furniture were a bit dusty, and the air condition had problems which required three staff solving it. 3. The duvet did not have a cover, so it looked a bit worn out. 4. After using the bath, water dripping from the geyser lasted for a while. 5. After complaining about the room, the manager, Suryakant Pandey, and his staff, Gauraf, showed their responsibility and promised to upgradte my room on the next day. 6.However, the day shift didn't know about it and insisted me to stay at the same room until I claimed about the prior upgrade from the night shift manager. 7. Luckily, the changed. 8. On the following day, the maid forgot to clean my room but the hotel owner was there and ready to get everything done. 9.The best thing of the hotel was the service that the night shift manager and his team helped me and understand what the customers wanted. 10.All in all, apart from the cleanness and readiness of the room, the hotel was just OK.

Very friendly staff. Good location, not too far from the Ghats and not too close to the chaotic part of the city. They don't have many options for the buffet breakfast but the food (specially the crispy baby corn & Vegetable Chowmin) was so tasty.

The room was beautifully appointed, clean, and spacious with luxurious touches throughout—from high-thread-count linens to a well-stocked minibar and a stunning view. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and made for a restful night's sleep.

I stayed at room no 303. It was quiet spacious, clean and good. Bed sheets and blankets were all clean. Staff's are courtious, greeting and food quality of the hotel is also good, it is nearby to Assi Ghat and at main road. Parking facility is also available for personal vehicle.

We stayed in a larger room with 2 king beds. Very spacious, clean, modern. The staff were always helpful. We had good food in the restaurant (I had the Tali plate for dinner), there was plenty of hot water int he room. The hotel is in a central location.

Overall I like the place. My 4th time. One section is very new. Need to ask for things and even remind the employees, or else not commonly will be surved/given. Breakfast is medium level. It is full vegetarian, but more is expected in this category. Lunch /dinner very nice food.

Terrible, they give us different room without window and ventilation. We said that don't want to cancel booking but they hold us and didn't give us opportunity to leave. Be careful with this hotel. But location is very nice. It's the most important thing in this hotel.
