The location is complemented by excellent services. The only issue is the ongoing construction work in the vicinity. The staff is friendly.

Had a wonderful stay at HotelGangesGrand, Varanasi. The hotel is very peaceful and serene with beautiful views. We were pleasantly surprised with a City View room upgrade, and the hospitality was excellent throughout our stay. The staff was extremely supportive and helped us with everything, including guidance for the holy dip in the Ganga, boat ride from Namo ghaat to Assi Ghat and showing us the way to Kashi Vishwanath Temple.(every time guards personally accompanied us and guided us well!) The evening foot soak was a lovely touch after a long day of sightseeing. Thanks to all for making our stay comfortable and memorable. Highly recommended!

Hotel Ganges Grand is truly one of the most magical stays in Varanasi. Waking up to the Ganges, and Kashi Vishwanath Temple and the spiritual energy of Kashi was an unforgettable experience. The hospitality was warm and thoughtful, the rooms beautiful, and every detail felt deeply connected to the soul of the city. Every single staff member made the stay feel incredibly personal and special, always welcoming with kindness and care. Even the boatsmen added such warmth and authenticity to the experience, making every moment on the Ganges feel memorable and deeply connected to Kashi itself.

my first experience to varanasi has been amazing and all this because i had stayed with my family at this hotel. the hospatility is great.. staff is good and restaurant staff was also very good.. cleanliness is perfect.. and i found my trip very comfortable. i enjoyed at this place.. and this vl be my desired place to stay whenever i will visit Varanasi.. thank you to all the staff meembers.

The hotel is at a very convenient location , walking distance to the *** attraction of Varanasi. , the Kashi Vishwanath temple and a lot of eateries, shopping right around the hotel. The hotel staff are nice, big rooms, all convenience in the room. Definitely recommended for the location , but at the moment there was the trolley construction going on , once that is over and ready this hotel is very good to stay .

The location was good as it was near to all important places. The rooms were also clean and good. Overall it was a good experience of the stay at the hotel.

Me and my family stayed in this hotel very recently. The staff were very good. They were always accomodating our needs. Example is my mom needed a hard mattress insetad of soft one, the housing staff really were quick in replacing. The location of this hotel is brilliant. you open the gate and you are on the ghat of ganges. We had really lovely time.
