Trevligt hotell men löjligt dyra rum. Restaurang helt ok, särskilt smørrebröden. Varför erbjuds det bara vegetarisk omelett (gjord på ägg för övrigt)?

Did not meet our expectation. We probooked the spa but did not receive it in time, room should be prepared with bathrobes and amenities. The guidance from the reception gave mixed messages on how to proceed and had us coming down to the entrance in bathclothes.
Munken bar was amazing, the italian bartender made a really good drinks, especially reminescent of his take on the Boulevardier, best I've had. As was the Nami restaurant and the breakfast.
All in all, the place has rather good potential if they could streamline the service.

Beautiful hotel in so many ways. Stunning building, great location , wonderful spa. The down side. Rooms have no phones and thats a concern with such a large building. What if you are ill in the night? Nothing in English not even the spa menu or labels in breakfast area and Disorganised restaurant with few staff. Needs a separate bar.

My second visit to this hotel because it’s a beautiful and charming place and location is very nice. However, the issues I found in my first visit are still here. . Why don’t they have somebody supervising breakfast? People stand at the entrance waiting for attention and no one comes. There are no menus no instructions, and you have to hunt everywhere to try and compose your breakfast. Also no spa menu or details in rooms in English. Could be so much better.
