Absolutely terrible hotel never stay here, reason we booked here because it had a pool to only be told as we're on the sun loungers by the pool that the pool is closed. The traffic noise is terrible, breakfast cost 30 euro and there was hardly anything to pick from worst hotel I've stayed in

Terrible smell of meat in the room coming from the restaurant of the hotel. It was very unpleasant, it made it hard to sleep.

I went to the Spa but I was very disappointed... too dirty... absolutely no relaxation (too many children), small bathrooms (only 2 showers). Cell phones should be BANNED during the course and perhaps leave the children at home. In the spa kit Please check the condition of the slightly worn slippers.

Tasteful, simple and modern hotel; clean; friendly staff, excellent room. Good breakfast, although nothing earth-shattering. Nice SPA although I have no idea what use the salt room has. The only flaw: in the pool area one of the 4 hydromassages wasn't working and the air was fresh (there was an open French window, I don't know if this was due to the staff's wishes), instead of nice and warm. Noisy in the morning, the cleaning staff shouts and you can hear everything, as well as fearing that they will suddenly enter the room...

We booked three rooms to celebrate my adult daughter's birthday. Very disappointed with the attitude of the staff, indifference and rude attitude towards requests and questions during your stay at the hotel. The price included a visit to the SPA, but upon arrival, an unpleasant “surprise” was revealed that the SPA CAN ONLY BE VISITED FOR THREE HOURS A DAY! And even during these three hours it was impossible to enjoy the jacuzzi, because the chlorine in the pool was corrosive to the eyes! The rude treatment of the staff and limited visits ruined the expected holiday and relaxation. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THE HOTEL

Modern and welcoming hotel, parking literally in front of the entrance to the room, kind and discreet staff, the spa is very large and with lots of things to do; the gym is also well equipped. Reception open 24 hours a day and very easy to reach by car

I stayed some time ago for two nights. The first night I stayed in the cold because the heating wasn't working and despite having reported it they didn't change my room that same evening but waited until the following night. Furthermore, no discount on the price despite the inconvenience. Never again
