周圍植物較多，很多蟲子從窗户爬進來，後來找前台又給換了個房間，半夜旁邊房間的人高聲談笑，絲毫不顧及周圍房客的感受，房間香味有些刺鼻，住宿體驗有點差

Absolutely terrible hotel never stay here, reason we booked here because it had a pool to only be told as we're on the sun loungers by the pool that the pool is closed. The traffic noise is terrible, breakfast cost 30 euro and there was hardly anything to pick from worst hotel I've stayed in

Schöne große Zimmer, toller Spa und Poolbereich. Auch im leckeren Steakhouse hat es uns gefallen.
Leider liegt das Hotel von einer stark befahrenen umlegen und es ist entsprechend laut.

Fantastic end to our week touring north Italy. Spa facilities were brilliant and it was lovely to share them with our children
Room was spacious with a large balcony.
Only downside was pool and spa closed on Monday's until 3 but apart from that great!
Breakfast was lovely too with a wide selection of things to choose from- something for everyone

Overall, the experience was average. Positive: Room and hotel halls were clean, SPA was as expected. The view from our room terrace was great. The staff was polite and helpful. The parking garage was covered and had a designated marked spot for each room. Parking price was included in room price. Our room was on top floor (Be aware that for rooms on bottom floor, the parking is in front of the terrace door). Negative: The room was basic with very uncomfortable bed and pillows which affected our sleep and rest. Breakfast was disappointing for an Italian 4 star hotel and was at best 3 star hotel level. It was not diversified and was identical every morning during our nine day stay.
