Wonderful place with gorgeous decor, furniture & delicious food; surrounded by nature reserve. Pure bliss! Rooms are so beautiful, bed - super comfy! Just fab & very peaceful and relaxing - Thank you -loved it!

Part of the Växjö area's consciously cool De Luxe chain, Herrgård de Luxe is a beautiful place to visit or stay, with a big house in the middle of the most beautiful countryside. The food is all locally sourced where possible and nothing is mass produced. With hand-painted/printed walls and occasional eccentricities - there's a small disco ball in the café amongst the old fashioned decor - this is a house that knows how cool it is to be retro! Cafe is open Sundays and Mondays free Wifi is available Breakfast is amazing! There is a hostel also - Vandrarhem de Luxe - for those on a more limited budget
