Zimmer sehr leer und ungemütlich, unangenehm helles weißes Licht und kl. Schimmelflecken an der Wand oberhalb der Dusche. Für eine Nacht okay, länger definitiv nicht.
Service war aber soweit gut und nett. Gerade das Abholen vom Flughafen hat ohne Probleme funktioniert und war billiger als ein Taxi. Insgesamt aber leider enttäuschend.

Összességében rendben volt a szállás. Segítőkészek, rendesek az alkalmazottak. A szoba megfelelő volt. Reggeli 7 euro körül volt, ami sajnos nem ért annyit.

ホテルから車で15分圏内で、お金を払って頼むとザグレブ空港まで送迎してくれる。お部屋は最低限の設備で特に困ることはなかったです。ただ、チェックイン時にチェックアウトは朝6:30と伝えていたのに、フロントのスタッフが7:00まで出勤してこなかった。しかも、チェックアウトの手続きは不要と言われたので無駄に待ってしまった。チェックインの際に教えて欲しかったなと思います。

I love the stay-in, everything is super clean and spotless. The cleaning ladies were very nice, and friendly and offered me help with my travel bags. The only complaint I have is a desk lady. I arrived at the hotel evening and she took me to my room without knowing my room was on the second floor. The hotel doesn't have an elevator and it is hard to take your bags to the second floor so many steps. I told her if I knew that my room was on the second floor I would book another hotel and she didn't say I'm sorry! She said to me “It is not too late to book another hotel, I was surprised by her answer. Everything else was pretty good 👍
