I chose this property for the convenience of being close to the airport and their shuttle service. The room was clean and as a bonus it featured a great hot tub, perfect to relax between the trips. The area itself is bare lacking any points of interest. Staff is sadly and disappointedly stifled, snotty and arrogant. The receptionist was unprofessional and unwelcoming. After checking us in, has quickly listed the shuttle timing “rules” and mentioned the dining amenities, resisting a hint of a smile. This to me was a big faux pas. Too bad.

Collected from airport within 10 minutes of calling hotel and super friendly and kind owner met us in reception. Rooms clean and beds comfortable. Great location being so close to airport (via their shuttle) and about 10 - 25 minutes walk to train station which takes you into Zagreb in a very short time. Supermarket also with in about 5 minutes walk from hotel. Wonderful kind lovely owner and staff. Highly recommend this hotel😀🇳🇿

The lack of interest of the area around the hotel was compensated by the good service. The staff was helpful and efficient, arranged for the transportation to the airport (15min) and prepared a nice meal before our flight back. In the room, everything was clean and the beds were comfy.
Definitely recommended for anyone in transit in Zagreb.

Staff friendly, room and hotel clean, though older. The bed was not comfortable. Food at restaurant was very good and great service. Shuttle to airport was the main reason we stayed here and it was easy and convenient.

Only good thing was it’s close proximity to the airport avoiding the traffic of Zagreb. But not much around there for entertainment or places to eat.
