When we arrived at night, the concierge had his first day. So we missed some details and information. They appologised for this. We as a family of 3 had two double rooms with a connection inbetween. The rooms were new and nice, with a little kitchen and kitchen utilities. Towels and toilet paper was given on a minimum. We had to ask for more. The rooms were small but everything clean and in very good condition. The tram station is just 50 m down the road. We had to park the car in the underground car park. Everything is very new and as well we could charge the electric car. Organic breakfast was available for 14 EUR, which was really good (Croissants, brioches, cakes, different bread, different cold and hat beverages, french cheese, oatmeal, eggs, ham etc.). As it is an Aparthotel the housekeeping comes once a week. If you need something you have to contact the concierge.

Rented a suite and there's not even a closet to store your clothes. There is just 4 poor hangers for hanging shirts and dresses. In order to get an iron and an iron board, I had to go down to the front desk since nobody was answering the phone… Right in the middle of the shower, the water becomes suddenly boiling hot. Thinking the mixer was broken, I tried the water in the sink and I had the same issue: just no cold water at all anymore. Of course, this happens right in the middle of the shower. Called the front desk, but nobody was answering, while it was just late afternoon. The problem happened again the day after. The day of the departure, I left around 4.30am in order to go to the airport, and the garage door didn't open. There is no button to call the front desk, therefore I had to leave my car on the ramp and go walk to the front desk in order to ask for the door to be opened. The front desk man said ”oh, I though it would open by itself…” Coming back from the ride around 6am, I tried to call the front desk to get a taxi booking, but nobody answered the phone. I went down in the lobby and the hotel was literally empty. I went back to my room, tried again to call and after 10 minutes somebody picked-up the phone. I told him ”if you're asked by the taxi company where am I going, just tell them destination ABC”. To which he replied ”oh, you can tell the driver yourself when they will ask”. Clearly not listening. The day before leaving, I went to the bar for a dinner since there restaurant was closed… I ordered some food that was brought to me in a pot that was being opened right in front of me and just put in the plate. Just like that, in the pot with the branding and the list of ingredients… I ordered a cold cut plate and it was clearly not fresh at all: the camp was as hard as skin and discolored on the sides, the sauces were discolored as well, the cheese slices were glued one to another. The service is given to kids who have no sense of class or refinement, and they're not even shaved. The lamp that goes from the bar to the outside (which is located inside the bar) is covered with a massive spider net from. As compensation for the cold cut board, I was given a bottle of cheap Bordeaux.

GGuest User2023.06.04
This hotel is excellent for the sporting events in the area, in this case, Roland Garros. It’s a 25 minute walk to the stadium which sounds a lot but that’s mainly because when you get near the stadium, there’s a lot of traffic direction. The double room was spacious with good facilities. The breakfast was excellent, really busy as the hotel was packed with tennis people, but everything was kept well stocked. The bar area looks like it’s designed for children (low tables and cushion chairs) but was comfortable enough when getting back from the stadium at nearly midnight and we could still get a drink. Definitely recommend.

The first thing you notice is how big and well kept the place is. Upon entering you realise it is modern and extremely welcoming. The staff are very friendly and helpful the place is clean and well kept. The person that made my stay memorable is a man named Werner , he floats around the place and is extremely attentive to the gust needs. Every time I needed something he was around to help with a big smile. I love his energy and how he makes you feel welcomed and important , incredible service skills. Werner makes an ideal ambassador for the Brand and I will definitely be using Novotel again.
Enjoy the comfort of our new residence, that is located just a few minutes driving from the École Polytechnique engineering school and the Paris/Saclay technological cluster. Our aparthotel is housed in a building with low energy consumption.

My colleague chose this hotel, I no longer trust their judgement. Room on top floor was very hot, in December, despite all heating in room being switched off it was in excess of 30 degrees. The air conditioning was disabled by the hotel so not useable. Reporting this to the front desk we were told effectively 'tough luck', they would not enable the AC and advised to open the door / window to the balcony which is OK in the day but trying to sleep there is a lot of noise from the roads and this busy area. Needless to say, it was an uncomfortable night. We found the guy at the front desk to be quite rude and dismissive to this request. On top of that, the balcony was filthy - littered with cigarette butts and not at all cleaned.

Great base for a Parisian visit. On Metro linge 4, a great line which cuts through the heart of the city. The Adagio is 10 mins away from the Metro, with a Boulangerie and Monoprix 5 mins away. Our studio was small but well formed, with a small kitchen (inc a microwave, stove top and dishwasher). Loved the balcony as it was warm so the airflow was very welcome. The bed folded up onto the wall and converted into a sofa which was a good use of space. There was a separate bath/shower and loo, which was nicely designed. All in all a great stay, comfortable, it met all our needs and we’d stay again. Being away from the main city hubbub suited us well.
Adagio Paris Suresnes Longchamp aparthotel in the west of Paris is 10 mins from La Defense, Porte Maillot exhibition center and the T2 Belvedere stop. It has 109 spacious apartments from 2-person studios to 2-room apartments for 4 people, fully furnished and equipped. There is a laundromat, a gym and a private car park, charges apply. Our reception team is available 24 hours for a pleasant stay.

The hotel is located in an area that from what I could tell was undergoing transformation from what was probably a light commercial and office area being replaced by new apartment buildings which the hotel was part of and while the area was nice it wasn’t really convenient to anything. On the morning I needed a taxi the hotel tried booking me one but none were available in the area and I walked about two kilometres before I was able to hail one down. This is an apartment hotel and doesn’t provide all the traditional services you would get at a hotel but this one comes pretty close. A small lobby with some seating and vending machines and another area with some lounges and a game table. My room 311 had a handy entry area with a small shelf ideal for your keys and other small items and some coat hooks. The bathroom is off to one side and had a large open shower with just a shower curtain in my room which I think was because it was a disabled room. The shower was a good size but the floor of the shower which was a prefabricated tray didn’t feel as it was properly attached to the floor and had a fair bit of movement. The main room was a good size for Paris and had everything I needed for my short three night stay including a comfortable bed, desk with convenient power outlets and a kitchen which was well stocked with the items you would need on a daily basis for a short stay but more specialized appliances were available to borrow at the front desk like food processor, croc pot and crepe maker I think it was which was a good idea. Overall the room had a nice modern contemporary feeling and more than enough space. Being an apartment hotel concept the rooms are only serviced every seven days which is something to be aware of. I chose this hotel as it was closer to the place I needed to collect my leased car from and given that the French Open was on at the time my options were limited and the hotel had parking but as it turned out I didn’t need it as there was plenty of free street parking right outside the hotel on the two nights I needed it. I really like the Adagio chain of apartments in Europe and this was another great one.

CCharlieClose to Velizy shopping mall and tramway station. You can park your car for free outside to avoid the parking fee inside the hotel. Nice service from the staff. Continental breakfast is very good with a lot of choice.
The hotel was really nice, clean and cozy. I like it. I was lucky because I am a smoker and they gave me studio on floor (-1) next to the garden’s door. Unexpected floor (-1) was ok. The room was bright and the bed was so good. The neighbourhood is quiet and nice and the hotel is near to tram (T6) and bus stop — approx. 40-50 min from the centre of Paris. There are restaurants and fitness centre around the hotel. It was a good experience.
we took a weekend to go to paris and chose the Holiday inn express Velizy hotel to stay as we didn't want to return home late, we arrived at the hotel at night and were surprised by a rude, bad-tempered receptionist who at all times expressed nervousness. we had a setback with one of the reservations, which made the receptionist more nervous and altered when talking to us, putting his finger in our face, saying that we were wasting his time, and that we were to blame for having 3 people in line waiting for service , at no time did he try to hide the unwillingness he had to see us there, he tried to argue with us and debate, but we were not exhausted, because we knew what measures should be taken. the receptionist who helped us in the morning was extremely kind and prompt, apologizing for the situation that had occurred, we left the hotel on Sunday morning extremely dissatisfied but very happy to know that there are still good people like this receptionist who was there in the morning. nous avons pris un week-end pour aller à Paris et avons choisi l'hôtel Holiday Inn Express Velizy car nous ne voulions pas rentrer tard, nous sommes arrivés à l'hôtel le soir et avons été surpris par un réceptionniste désagréable et de mauvaise humeur qui du tout parfois exprimé de la nervosité.
GGuest UserThere is a large supermarket and KFC next to the hotel, it is more convenient to eat. The room is also relatively clean, but the recent road construction makes it a bit inconvenient to get in and out. When there are activities in downtown Paris, the house price is too expensive, you can consider renting a car to live here.
GGuest Userstayed 10 days in september2021. Room are clean and well equipped. no cutlery but front desk provided some on request. No housekeeping at this time due to covid. parking garage is tight but more than adequate outside parking was better. Front desk is very welcoming and helpful. Essentially walked everywhere and only drove to tourist areas. For the city it was better to take an uber than driving in as parking and traffic are a hassle
GGuest UserThe apartment had a dirty mock, the pad was sticky, the pad was not completely empty, a lot of dust on the furniture (table feet, and chairs, TV), there was a missing pad, badly soundless apartment: The apartment was located in the garden floor, under the foot floor. A wheelchair could have been installed for more safety at this level. The aspirator was full, with moisi the residence is still quite newly accurate reception without any more a grilled ampoule that was changed in the day: Thanks to the maintenance agent
KKlaus BrandensteinUnfortunately, the data sent from trip.com to the hotel was incomplete. We had booked with breakfast, but the hotel did not have this information. Nevertheless, we were able to have breakfast in the morning.
For us, the location of the hotel was great. Parking was free.
Room a bit small (no bedside tables or shelves). Cleanliness OK.
