The hotel is not known to many auto drivers. No food or restaurant service. Health faucet was not working. No shower in the toilet. Staff were attentive and good

Hi, i had to stay with my mother at this place. It's so hot and the ac was not working properly. No hot water today morning and my mom had a bath in cold water. Wifi was not working properly and tv was not working. Can someone contact me at the earliest?

The hotel manager was so rude and the facilities in the room were in bad condition like flush was not proper. Rooms were so small and congested. No hospitality.
