Room cleanliness not good. Cockroachs moving around the room. A/c smelling hope they clean it for next visitor, staff was courteous.

I had gone with 5 of my friends. The staff were rude. Washrooms were not clean. Rooms lacked basic facilities like toothbrush or toothpaste. Would not recommend anyone to stay there. It was a very bad experience overall.

Property is old but very near by to CMC hospital. All amenities are near by. People are good. But it gives a feel of antique place be careful while booking

Unclean rooms. Stinking and dirty bathrooms. Stained bed sheets. Unhygienic conditions with cockroaches running all around. Light switches broken. I feel the list can go endless! honestly after staying here i have developed a new respect for the indian railways train barhrooms! such a pathetic stay and they call it a 3 star hotel. I request mm t to taken down this property as it brings a very bad taste to my booking experience! please avoid staying at this property if you care even 10% about cleanliness and hygiene!

The staff was polite. There were cockroaches in the room. I requested even for room change as the number of cockroaches in the room was very significant. The staff was considerate and changed the room. However, on the next day we saw few cockroaches in the another room as well. The bucket in the bathroom was not clean as well.

The place is old and lacks prompt service. Wifi dint work. Tv channels could not be relied on to watch the t20i finals. There was no drinking water provision. No tea/coffee included in the room. Poor ventilation and dim lights. Cockroaches roaming the floors and over beds at night. Breakfast was alright. Bathroom lights dint work. Key slot kept breaking off the wall and electricity to the whole room got off often. The service electrician just stuck it on with superglue, and it kept breaking off repeatedly. So, overall a very bad stay. Since food was good, rating im most generously giving is average.

Ac noice. Unhygienic. 2 star only matress were bad smell. Bedsheets smells bad. I don't recommend this.

I found it from make my trip's suggested list of hotels and booked this one as it's very closed to cm c hotel. My son took hid maternal uncle for surgery. The stay was comfortable and the ambience was really nice. If your pocket permits, it's highly recommended for pleasant stay.
