We had a wonderful time as a family at the place. Everything was excellent, the staff, the food, and rooms were really neat & clean worth staying, very nice place to stay in Yelagiri. The ground floor restaurant serves tasty breakfast, lunch and Dinner and has good car parking, a neatly maintained children's park, swimming pool. Certainly, recommend this hotel.

It was really cheap and best veg hotel in Yelagiri, the accommodation was really awesome and it is the center of all tourist places like boat house, natural park, Bird santury and thrill valley. I would say it's walkable distance to boat house and natural park. The staffs are good and they advised best route plan which helped us to cover all the tourist places with in stipulated time. This the only pure veg hotel in Yelagiri and I would recommend for the people who seek for best experience in cheap and best deal

There was not a single area which I can pin- point and say, ” Hey!! I caught you on wrong foot”. Sameera has something which people don't usually find in much talked-about hotels of repute. Extremely delicious cuisines, very polite staff, friendly front desk hands, ever ready ***ager Mr. Narayanasami to help guests, cleanliness of highest standards made me feel as if I am in my home. Looking forward to stay there again👏👏👏💐💐🙏🙏☺️ Thanks a Ton Team Sameera for making my stay memorable!!!

GGuest UserStayed in this hotel with family for one night. Access to the hotal and external facade are good. It has enough parking space. The rooms are decent. However it offers poor room service. Probably they are under staffed and hence least bothered to serve you in the room. Tea was served after half an hour. For dinner again no sign of food after half an hour of placing the order. Reminded them. No joy. Finally after agonising wait of 45 mins called up again and canceled the order. Went across the road to another restaurant and got the food parcel. It also lacks in basic hospitality processes. Cleanliness of wash room was an issue with marks /spots on tiles adjacent to commode. Worst of all no soap dish in shower area. Nobody from the ***agement seems to have noticed or never inspected. Breakfast served in the restaurant was another horror as far as cleanliness and service goes. It is a good property but lacks in service and basic hospitality

She arranged for the wheelchair facility which I requested for my mother. We were allowed to use the wheelchair throughout our stay which was very helpful in handling my mother. The rooms were large, neat and clean. The supply of toiletries, tea coffee materials were sufficient. The toilet was clean. The rooms (101 & 103) were clean enough. The AC effect in the rooms were good. The Fridge, kettle and other facilities in the room were useful. The room service and the house keeping staff were very good. The restaurant in the Ground floor was clean and tidy. Foods served were of good quality. A parking area was attached with the hotel. Overall, it was a great and safe stay. Worth for Money. Disliked · To start with locating the hotel was difficult. We had to spend some time before finding the hotel. This was because the hotel did not have proper sign board. The sign board which was available was serving only one direction of journey (opposite to our direction of journey). Absence of alternative restaurants in the nearby locality is a drawback. You may have to rely up on the restaurant down of Swiggy etc. This could be improved further.

AAnilkumar616Stayed for one night on 8th September. Hotel is closely located near the Golden Temple. Check in was too slow as the staff seem to be very confused about handling the check in of guests. Rooms are quite big and comfortable. House Keeping is also very Slow. Breakfast is a huge disappointment as the guests have to go outside the hotel to a restaurant for Breakfast and the Breakfast is served on a Plate with most of the items being cold. The service is also very slow with almost all the guests were waiting and were almost getting restless waiting for the Breakfast to be served . Overall it is a 2 Star Hotel Property with comfortable rooms but with untrained and shortage of staff.

This is nice hotel to stay in Vellore and the location is excellent near to new bus stand. I had stayed in executive room in the hotel for my son's admission in VIT in July. The staff is very courteous and helpful. If you want to go to VIT by public transport then just take the shared auto from New Bus Stand to Chitoor Bus stand (Rs. 20) and then Chitoor Bus Stand to VIT main gate (Rs. 10). For going to hostels there is an internal VIT bus (Rs. 20). There is Alankar restaurant near to hotel which is better than Sarvana Bhawan. Overall a good hotel to stay.

I just want to share some feedback of our stay in benzz park vellore on 25/012024 to 26/01/2024, so, I booked the room through make my trip. On 25th morning I called to the property and spoke to Ms. Sakthi regarding my late check in and I requested for late check out as well ,as soon as I ask for the late check out she was pointing about the tarrif for the late check out then I told her ok madam I will come directly an speak to you regarding this and i disconnected the call. I checked in at the hotel at around 6:00pm and I was again asking to Ms. Sakthi regarding the late check out the moment she said ,sir you have to pay half a day charges and I asked her how much is the half a day charges, She said Rs 2,500 need to pay. I agree to pay and i went to my room, Then I had my dinner in the restaurant which is close to the reception. The next day on 26/01/2024, I called to the room service around 12:00pm and requesting them to make a pesto sauce pasta ,first there were some Lady spoke to me and she passed a phone to some gentle *** then the gentle *** said sir I will give a call back regarding your order and he disconnected my call. I was waiting for this gentleman callback for more than one hour but I didn't not receive any call from them. Then I decide to have a lunch outside and i went out. Again !!! I called the room service at 4:00pm to place a order for a chicken grilled sandwich there was a gentleman took my order and he said to me it will take 25-30mins to deliver to the room, I said that's fine go-ahead with the order , Then I was waiting for my sandwich more than 40mins again I called the room service again and I asked what happen to my order, the gentleman *** replied to me that he have plenty of orders itseems so that's the reason it taking much time. Again I am waiting for my order. Mean while there was call i recieve from the reception I don't know who is the person who called me at 5:30 pm,,if am not wrong it would be Ms.Sakthi. So from the reception some lady called and said that I need to do the check out as soon as possible time, I replied to that lady in a polite way. Madam the reason Iam doing late check out is my transit train time is night 10o clock so atleast I need the room until 7:30pm. And again she was requesting me to vacate the room by 7:00pm because they are filled with booking so I need to clear my room and they will clean the room and give it to someone else itseems. After finishing all this conversation also i didn't receive my sandwich which I order at 4:00pm then I lost my patience i step down to the reception and I met Mr. Vinay. I explained everything about all the issues which am facing then he apologize to me then finally i received my sandwich at 5:40 pm if am not wrong . Regarding the cleanliness of room is not up to the mark ,the room which I got (#309) is worst in condition the bed line
