Had a very pleasant stay and experience in this hotel. Good location, about 10 mins walk to pick up location for day trips to murano/burano. Great services

Clean friendly staff

Nice modern hotel. Clean and trendy. Good breakfast. Location abit far from the train station. Need to get a porter if you are carrying a lot of luggaeges like us. 30 min walk to St. MARK square and 30 min walk to Realito Bridge. But walking is the fun part of visiting venice so no complaints .

Excellent hotel in Venice. New, clean and modern room. Breakfast is good. About 10 mins walk from the train station but suggested to have porter service for carrying baggage because at least 2-3 bridges will need to cross. Charge is 5Euro per baggage

Best hotel I stayed in Italy. Loved the aesthetic of the place and loved the breakfast and amenities. Location is quaint and near a lot of local Venetian places

Very GOOD!!

New and clean. The front desk was extremely slow, taking in excess of 45minutes just to check in. They denied receiving room request from trip.com. Otherwise a decent stay.

New and clean hotel. Front desk very slow and bit robotic. Assigned wrong room and told given that Trip.com did not pass them the message. They were obviously lying as they said could read the first message regarding a bright room and yet both requests were written in the same field. Not flexible with check in and check out times. Its near the station but otherwise nothing in the immediate vicinity.

A modern hotel conveniently reach from the train station. Hotel is cleaned and nice. We had a Junior suit and all was fine except that the coffee machine was not working! Fortunately, there are lots of cafes to go to.

We stay in the junior suite for 2 nights. The room was spacious and well appointed with all essential amenities. The downsides were not having good view (facing the other building’s rooftop) and water pressure was weak and not hot enough. The bed and pillows were clean and comfortable. The reception staff were always friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good. Appreciated the covid preventative measures that the foods were served in the individual containers.
