Very old and outdated hotel. Overpriced with bad service particularly in the bar restaurant and breakfast areas. Not worth the money paid whatsoever.

The hotel is in another island so you have to take boat! The hotel is very big and the room is amazing! Everything is clean and near however it took so long during the checkin process.. waited for almost 20 mins:( other than that i would still recommend this hotel!

I want to share with you very strange experience with Hilton. From the beginning I was so happy with hotel, great location on the small island, huge building with great renovation in rooms, luxury style as it suppose to be in 5* hotel But then you see so many issues and you never want to come back! The cosmetics in bathroom is extremely cheap, I had an allergy after trying shower gel for the first time with hotel’s cosmetics There were nice soft robes but mine already had holes, really? In 5* you have to check it Then during check out they charged us for one extra shuttle service by mistake, and also they never mentioned that we have to pay for the shuttle at all during checking in! But they take 6.5 euro pp Also it was the most awful thing - we’ve been robbed, someone who checked mini bar STOLE my boyfriend’s expensive LV case for glasses and his glasses for reading from the room! I was shocked, we called to reception but they didn’t help at all and it was so difficult to communicate because they speak veeery bad English So my recommendation DO NOT stay in this hotel in Venice

It was a great experience ^^ I was also able to use the lounge ^^ I went there with my family and had a lot of fun. They were so kind and I enjoyed the memories I had in Venice as an upgrade to the fullest ^^

The hardware is good, the room is big enough, the floor is high enough, the bed is very comfortable, and there is a bathtub. But health and services need to be improved. There is a cup under the bed and a cupboard on the left. I wonder if it is cleaned properly. I asked someone to take away the new cups, but nothing happened. I went back to the hotel and called again. Finally, someone took away the cups, but they were not as new. The water and WiFi password must be negotiated with the channel and then the membership number must be obtained first. Seriously a 5 star hotel, the price is lee, but the service is not good. Hyatt and Maroitt are good.

Interesting hotel. It used to be a pasta factory. To get to the center of Venice you need a boat. I was afraid that this would be a problem. It turned out not. There is a boat provided by the hotel for 15 euros for the entire stay. There are two piers nearby (5-7 minutes walk) where two Vaporetto lines stop. I had a deluxe Molino room with a view. He disappointed me. The room was right under the roof with a very low ceiling. There was no such thing. The room was stuffy - the air conditioning didn't work at this time of year. Moreover, if you open the window, it is very noisy and there are a lot of mosquitoes. Breakfast was very average. There are several bars, restaurants and shops within a 5-10 minute walk from the hotel. At the same time, the quality-to-cost ratio turned out to be quite good.
