The staff is very nice, even I arrived very late, the 24 hours front desk service is still very good.

Location is good, short walk from the station. But the toilet has a bad sewage smell and the temperature of the water shower is erratic. Floor also quite dirty. But if u dun want to drag luggage across long distance its a ok find

Great location - very close to the central train station and boat transportation. The staff were excellent. Breakfast is wanting - more like grab and go food. While very small, the rooms are clean.

The only plus of the hotel is its location. 3 minutes to the station, close to a supermarket and all tourist locations. Otherwise it's terrible. The room is dirty and terribly old, it resembles a dark closet without normal light and space. My refrigerator didn’t work, there was a constant smell of food from the dining room, midges were crawling and flying, there was fungus and mold in the shower. No breakfast - two rolls and a choice of cheese or bacon. You can survive one night, but it is impossible to live there longer.

The location is very good, close to Santa Lucia station. The hotel is a little old and the rooms are old but clean.

It was just so-so. The bathroom in our room had a strong smell, but the other room had no smell. The advantage is that the location is relatively good, and the rooms are decorated in European style and have characteristics. Breakfast is easy. The bedding, pillows, and mattresses are okay. The air conditioner in the room is old and a bit noisy but warm. I don’t know whether I will stay there in the future or not, and it won’t be my first choice.

Three stars is a bit of an exaggeration even for Italy. A big advantage of the hotel is the location and friendly service. Breakfast is also acceptable. The rooms, however, bring down the overall rating. A table with a kettle and tea and two bottles of water for the night would be useful in the room. In addition, you can feel the stuffiness and mild mustiness in the room despite daily cleaning. There was nowhere to put soap or shampoo in the shower. In the bathroom, a rusting radiator, a dryer with peeling paint. It all gives a picture of this place.

It is close to Santa Lucia Station, but be careful as it is easy to miss the corner that turns to the hotel. The hotel staff are very bright, friendly and helpful. It was the best part of my trip. No elevator, stairs up to 2nd floor. If it's higher than that, it's impossible to carry a heavy and big suitcase. The breakfast venue is small and gets crowded, so it's good to go a little early. It was so crowded that I couldn't sit down, so they kindly let me have breakfast in my room. Because it was a deluxe room, the room was large, clean and comfortable with a small garden. It is inconvenient that the shower cannot be fixed. I didn't know where the nice garden in the hotel introduction photo was. I don't have a kettle, but they gave me one. He also recommended a delicious restaurant. Hotel where I want to stay again.

Small family hotel. Room 212 is above the patio. The room has a kind of air conditioning, we decided not to turn it on. For breakfast they offer prosciutto and cheese, there is a coffee machine. Check-out until 10.00, but you can leave your luggage in a separate room.

The room is small and has a smell, just for one night, not recommended! We still live off the island! You have to go through the gate first, but you have to get another check-in front desk a little earlier to let them open the door (the entrance and the front desk are not in the same place)

The hot water in the hotel is too cold
