 Pretty and perfect location. Basic yet traditional  200yards from the main part and 75 yards from the shops. Facing Gucci  Great staff  Best part was taking advantage of the free private boat to Murano island which we shared with another couple.  I asked for a room overlooking the canal and it was just beautiful.

Hotel is a lovely boutique hotel with very friendly staff and cozy rooms. Washrooms are on the small side. Staff are very helpful and professional. Breakfast was lovely with a good selection. Good location, a bit of a walk from where the public water taxi drops you off however you can take a private water taxi for about 80 euros that drops you off right at the hotel.

We loved the 15th century building. So much charisma. The room was spotless and very comfortable. The staff are so friendly and helpful. Bottle of Prosecco on arrival. A place we’d recommend! A delight!
