The check-in was well-organized and went smoothly, and we easily found the place. However, we are were satisfied with the house itself. It was clean and functional (except for the ceiling), but it lacked the minimum attention to detail to make it welcoming for guests at the price point it’s rented for. I understand this is a competitive prices in the context of Venice, but I’ve found several other similar options online that I regretted this choice. In summary: • The online photos are much brighter than reality, and the space is quite dark and depressing. I understand that the windows can’t be enlarged, but adding more lighting could improve the ambiance. • The ceiling is full of cobwebs and dust. As I mentioned, the house is clean, but the ceiling is not, and this is noticeable in the air. • I counted three air conditioners in the house (one on the wall). If they are not necessary, it would be better to relocate them because it gives the impression of a lack of care from the property management. • A couple of rugs here and there would go a long way in making the space cozier.

The apartment was just perfect, so spacious and clean. Very close to St. Mark Square and just few min walk from every restaurants or shops in Via Garibaldi. Silvia helped us every time (I mean every time 😂) we needed so that made our holiday way easier. Thanks for making our holiday special

We stayed 4 nights at the apartments and we were very satisfied. Self Check was uncomplicated. Quit location but still very central. It was 2 room apartment with a kitchen. You feel like you are at home. Fair price. Highly recommended!

Everything was very professional. We liked the location - above all, the area is exempt from tourists - and intimacy of the apartment. The accomodation provider's problem-solving ability and speed are sensational. Thanks for everything.

I really enjoyed the room with the bathroom. The room was cleaned , towels and shampoo were provided from the host. The room was located in a nice spot , close to a park , boats public transportation and cool little stores for having some caffe and drinks , in venezian cost “inexpensive”. I am glad to walk around that area.
