A beautiful boutique hotel welcomed with genuine warmth from the hosts. We received an upgrade to a very comfortable room on 3rd floor. Room is well organized for our convenience with sufficient closet space and very very clean. The hotel is situated at a prime location too. Minutes walk from the train and ferry stations, and just a short walk into Venice center. It’s in a quiet neighborhood so it’s great for winding down after a long day exploration outside. We will come back for another stay next time when we visit Venice again! (Photo - View from our room.)

The location of this hotel is very good. The rooms are small and the lights are too dim. The breakfast options are not diverse. The environment is clean. If you are tired from walking, you can go back to the hotel to take a bath. The water in the jacuzzi is very strong and very comfortable. Hotel The service is very good, the reception staff are very polite

I didn't know how to use the air conditioner! !
The staff were very kind and very nice.
There is one big bridge from the station, but if you can get over it you should be fine.

I loved everything about the hotel. The location is closer to the train station. This made it easier to access and I did not have to drag my luggage across the city! The staff was personable and professional. My room was clean, warm and cozy and the breakfast was better than any hotel I have stayed at in the US. I will return the next time I am in Venice!

Great location. Quiet location, 10 minutes walk from Venice station.
To attractions and cafes in 10-15 minutes.
I was pleased with the hospitality, quick check-in early in the morning and friendly staff, especially Andre!
The room had everything you need, clean and comfortable. There is a kettle.
Comfortable bed. The building has been nicely renovated.
