Good location, close to train station and ferry terminal, beautiful view outside the window Clean and good bed Friendly staff Breakfast was served in a beautiful outdoor garden, but the hot sun and pigeons made eating a little uncomfortable. You can go quickly and eat inside.

The hotel is located near the Roman Forum, Venice's transportation hub, and is also close to the train station. You can take boats, buses, trams, and airport buses here. The lobby and hotel are small and very cramped. The health condition is acceptable. Service is normal reception. Buy a 24-hour ferry ticket in Venice and walk around very comfortably. Oh, you can store your luggage for free at the front desk.

The price/performance ratio is low. It is said that it is better to book directly with the hotel.

The location is good. It's a ten-minute walk from the train station and you have to cross the largest glass bridge. In the edge area of ​​Shuicheng, it is relatively clean, the rooms are average, and there is an elevator.

Absolutely 5 stars. This hotel is more than great for the price. We had a beautiful canal view. The hotel has an elevator and air conditioning which is not always the case in Italy. The staff is beyond friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable and wonderful spacious bathroom. Lots of closet space and a small cooler type fridge. Walkable to many shops, restaurants and attractions-about 30 minute walk to San Marco Square. VERY close to the train station, but will have to go over several bridges with your luggage or pay one of the men near the bridges. They charge 15 euro for 2 bags and an additional 5 for every additional bag.

We arrived at Marco Polo Airport late in the evening and hurried across the concourse to catch the last shuttle bus heading for Piazza Roma. Fortunately we made it and twenty minutes or so later we alighted at our destination. We had only two relatively small bridges to cross to reach Hotel Arlecchino where we were warmly greeted by James the Night Manager who checked us in and gave us some ideas where we might find somewhere still open for a drink and a bite to eat. Our room was very clean and nicely furnished. The next morning we checked out and headed for the cruise terminal. The hotel was perfect for our needs and we would definitely stay there again.

First time visiting Venice. Perfect location outside of the busier areas and beautiful. The staff were amazing and went above and beyond to make us welcome and also making my Birthday even more special with treats and processco on ice in our room. Canal views from our room were spectacular. Room not huge but lovely. Breakfast at sister hotel was wonderful and well worth the extra money. Would definitely recommend and will stay here again.

Convenient location to the car park, the cruise terminal and the train station. For our fourth trip to Venice, we liked being a bit away from the touristy areas, but still easy to take a vaperatto or walk to St Marks Square etc. Comfortable room but at least in ours the floor of the bathtub, which was also the shower, was quite precarious with its elevated center and wedges around the side. Helpful staff and nice breakfast at the sister hotel two doors away. Very pleasant stay.

Great view from my room straight on to the canal! Yes, the room was very small but I didn't mind it much since this was just a solo trip and the view was just so stunning. Location is a 2 min walk to the main bus station and 5 min from the train station, so the hotel is easily accessible with public transport from the airport and other cities. It's a 20 min stroll to St Marks Square but you see lots of lovely and tranquil canals on the way. The walk was my favourite part as the centre of Venice can be quite overrun with tourists. But of course, there also a water bus station (vaporetto) 2 min away! Yes, the continental breakfast is at the hotel next door but you won't mind that either as they have this gorgeous garden where you can have your breakfast in a little oasis. Staff are very nice, rooms are clean and overall, I chose the right hotel.
