Hotel Airone

The hotel can be evaluated for one night but I do not recommend it for further stay. There is an air conditioner, but it doesn't work, they installed something similar to an air conditioner, and it blows your mind and is defective. Common areas are terrible. Location is good.

＜ Lighting problem ＞ - When checking in, you are given room number 22 (there is a private toilet and bathroom inside). - When I came back from playing in the evening, the lights in the room and bathroom did not come on. - When I asked the staff, they apologized and said they would give me another room instead, so I took room number 8. (There is only a sink inside, and you have to use the hallway shower room to wash. And up until this point, the staff thought there was a light in the hallway shower room. ) - But the lights in the hallway shower room also went out and the lights didn't come on (I don't understand the lighting system as to why the lights come on in the room right next door but not in the hallway, even though it's in the same building). - The employee said, ‘I’m sorry. It will be restored at 8 am tomorrow morning. He said, ‘I will refund you.’ I said okay and went to the reception in the morning. - Another staff member at the reception said, ‘I don’t know. The manager is at home right now so I can’t handle it. Instead, I'll give you a piece of paper, so if you write down the problem, I'll pass it on to you,' so I wrote it down and checked out because I was in a hurry for the train. - There was no contact after 10 days, so I contacted Trip.com and contacted them again using the hotel email address. I read it and chewed it. ^^ ＜Worst hotel＞ - I couldn’t wash at night because the lights weren’t on, but they don’t give me a refund. - No hot water - No air conditioning (there was room 22, but there was no room 8) - Lots of mosquitoes (lots of other bugs too) - No elevator (see staircase photo)

The only good thing is the location. The smell in the room was very strong and unpleasant, the wooden shutters were broken, there was no hot water. Wi-Fi did not work, we contacted an employee, but no one came. My husband fixed it himself. One night stay is the maximum. Well, the breakfast is relative to the usual Italian breakfast standards

All was very good; The very friendly staff arrived 6 hours before check in and they let us store our bags at reception. The room was clean as was the bathroom. Despite being old, we didn't have any problems. The location is perfect for exploring the entire city.

Although it is right in front of the station, you cannot go directly there, so you have to go up and down stairs to get to the hotel, which is a bit of a concern.

The hotel is in front of the Santa Lucía station, the area is at the entrance. Check-in and check-out were done with another hotel 15m away. Breakfast (if you choose that option, it is also with another hotel called “Walter” which is 20m away) The hotel is old, so all the facilities are somewhat “strange”. In the room there is only the bed, a closet, and a faucet to wash. If you want to relieve yourself, you have to leave the room and go to the “toilettes” that are shared with the rest of the guests as well as the only shower there is. The hotel description does not specify those details.
