酒店地理位置不錯，但是從中央火車站出來還是需要過個長橋，有大件行李的比較不方便。酒店自帶水上出租車停靠，前台友善還幫忙約車。酒店房間很漂亮，但是水壓過小。

An old building (as you would expect), with a really romantic atmosphere. Just a short walk from Santa Lucia, and really easy to get to the canal bus stations too.
Staff were really professional and helpful, with a good idea of places to eat nearby. The surrounding neighbourhood had plenty of cafes and restaurants, which all felt slightly less touristy (as much as they can given the city itself). Would definitely stay again!

This hotel was a fantastic find. The room itself was beautiful, it overlooked the canal and garden. Gondolas row past the window - the whole experience was truly memorable. The rose garden overlooks the Grand Canal and is perfect for breakfast and evening drinks. It really couldn’t be a better spot. Close to train station too which was a massive benefit for us. Staff were super, they couldn’t have been more helpful. I cannot fault this stay at all and we loved every minute. We would go back in a heartbeat.

Le pire hôtel de Venise… J’ai réservé en ligne la suite 206 de l’hôtel, la plus belle et la plus chère de ce boutique hôtel. Quelle déception en arrivant au check in lorsqu’on m’a remis les clés de la suite… 106, celle avec vue sur un mur et des toilettes digne d’une gare de banlieue. Accueil so rude de la réceptionniste, qui n’a rien voulu savoir, en mode I don’t care… donc au ca Nigra, on vous fait payer le plus cher possible pour au final une suite deluxe moisie sans vue et sans sanitaire digne de ce nom. Plus jamais au Ca Nigra. Je déconseille très fortement cet hôtel, qui se fiche royalement de la satisfaction de ces clients. Séjour vénitien gâché direct. Nous n’y reviendront jamais. À FUIR

We enjoyed our stay! It was a nice and spacious room. It was walkable and easy to get to from the train station. They were also able to accommodate an early check-in and held our bags after check-out. Very good service and staff!

The resort is beautiful. It’s like living in a castle. Backyard view is fantastic, but the staff recommend to better drink your beer in your room. Room decor is historic red velvet curtains. You need to lift them to let the a/c cool the room. If you over 200lb. It’s impossible to get in, turn or bend down. It’s a quarter shower. I believe bathroom has no ventilation. It’s always hot and humid. Inside the room need further improvement.
