Located near Ferrovia waterbus station and Santa Lucia train station. You’ll need to walk a lot or take the waterbus to other areas such as St Marks’s Square.
The staff were friendly and even provided us with packed breakfast as we had to checkout early in the morning (before Breakfast time).
The room was spacious - mini touch ups here and there will improve the room.
Will definitely stay here again if I have an early morning train to catch next time :)

The room was fine not too big. I asked for a room change which was done after 2 nights. Me and my wife stayed for 4 nights. Breakfast was fine : Eggs, cereals, croissants, coffee.

Stayed for 1 night and was given a twin bed. Room was small and when we first arrived, there wasn't any ventilation as it seems like the AC wasn't working. There is a smell in the room, like an old smell. Contacted front desk and he assisted us immediately, resolved the AC problem.
Hotel is located in a small alley and it can be quite dark once night rime. There are mosquitoes as it's approaching summer so just take note. Our room was across the breakfast area so we didn't feel very safe. Walls are thin as you can hear people coming back, chatting etc. No water and toothbrush are provided, so bring your own.

Hotel is located near the main train station and is quite accessible. Staff are friendly and helpful however amenities needs to be improved. Hotel has a cute and friendly golden retriever.

Nice place, with a beautiful room (Superior room). Location is nothing special but I did like the room's vibe + balcony. Just needed it for a night so it was pretty good. Breakfast had good options as well.

Friendly service, value for money and convenient location. However they have no lift and stairs can be steep, especially for us we got the top floor so moving up was tiring. Simple breakfast provided. They have a cute golden retriever too!

Hotel Villa Rosa is located very close to the station, the room is clean, and the staff is friendly. Although the breakfast options are not many, they are delicious.

Great hotel! The day starts with a delicious breakfast (croissants and other breads with jam, ham, tomatoes and cheese, fruit and cereals, yogurt, and a coffee machine), followed by a fragrant shower gel and plenty of heating (even the bathroom has it). )! On TV, I could watch YouTube, Netflix, and Amapura. The bed is also very comfortable! It's close to the station, very easy to use, and the reception staff are kind. For some reason, the hot/cold water switching handle in the shower was facing the wrong way, but the hot water came out properly and I was very satisfied. I'm really thankful to you! If I come to Venice again, I would definitely like to use it again.
