Hotel Torino

Front Desk person initially took us to the wrong room. I had paid for a four person, but only two people were able to come. He helped us with our bags, and took us to a room in an entirely different building, which only had 1 bed, which is not what I paid for on *******. Once I showed him a screenshot of the room we’re supposed to be getting, we went back to the front desk and to the right room, which was as pictured on *******. It looked very nice and has a refrigerator and water kettle in the room. The bathroom was nice, and the shower felt great. Good pressure! After the first night, my daughter had bites on her arm. I also had multiple bites on my leg, back and wrist. I didn’t see anything in the beds, but it’s possible there were bed bugs. I don’t think I got i bitten in these areas while outside because I wore long sleeves, long pants and socks when we were out and about.Unfortunately the staff didn’t speak English that well so I couldn’t really explain that to them while I was there.

Bad expirience, choose another hotel if you want better service. The staff is at a level of zero and the service is mediocre, I do not recommend it for a vacation, breakfasts are also monotonous and not tasty.............................

The property is quite old and it looks like it. However, the room was relatively clean and the location is absolutely perfect to visit everything in Venice

Close to shopping and restaurants. A bit difficult to find. Signage was difficult to locate. Breakfast was fantastic. Staff very helpful and knowledgeable about the city.
