Excellent experience. Very near to the most of Venice sightseeings. Hospitable quiet and clean environment. Value for money. Highly recommended

hotel facilities are a bit old and worn out they have a cleaning service every day but I don't think they clean the bed cover and the carpets (flooring) every day the location is really good as it's near to the pier of the water bus linking to the tourist attractions I had a stay with breakfast included, however, the hotel did not have sufficient seats that I have to wait for seats and the food is not enough for everybody that one time, I have almost nothing to eat (it operates 7-10 am and I arrived there 930am that time)

Wonderful location

Our stay there was for 2 nights. We booked triple room but they gave us double stating that our room is same up-to triple that wasn’t good for us. Overall hotel is in good Location & enough clean inside. Breakfast was ok Hotel doesn’t provide any water or coffee amenities so better buy water ahead .

That was very clean and kind staff ! The photos shows the view from my room ! Amazing !

The hotel is good, there is an elevator, a bar opposite the reception, and a seating area outside. The beds are good, the rooms are clean. Of the moments, they check in only exactly on time, but you can leave your things and wait or take a walk. I think it's a good option for Venice.

Comfortable room, with excellent location. Very tasty breakfast. It met all our expectations.

Very good hotel whose central location and pleasant garden contribute to ensuring a pleasant stay. Cordial atmosphere facilitated by the opening onto the veranda and the garden.

Very well located hotel! Very nice bedroom and bathroom and a nice kingsize bed. I recommend you with your eyes closed

Above expectations, nice patio

Hotel is well placed for all the major sites, room was a little dated but clean. Bed was comfortable if a little firm. Breakfast good quality and plentiful but hotel appears to offer breakfast to non residents which means we had to wait for a table at breakfast. Overall I would say a good choice if you are on a budget. Another good point is it's proximity to the water bus stop .

I enjoyed the fact that the hotel is away from the Venice core tourist spots, yet not too far away. It’s quiet and nice , and has all the amenities i needed. Would recommend to friends & relatives.
