This hotel is in good location. Just 2-3 minutes walk from San Marco square. Room is spacious. Breakfast is simple but adequate. Staffs are very friendly. You can check in + leave luggage before collecting the key at 2 pm. While waiting, there’s free WiFi for you to use too. Love staying here.

Doskonala lokalizacja i fajny, bardzo "wenecki" wystrój. Nie podobal mi sie bardzo grzyb na suficie i zapach pleśni w pokoju.Łazienka przyjemna, nowoczesna z wanna. Sniadanie typowe wloskie czyli same slodycze, okropna kawa- niby z ekspresu ale rozpuszczalna.Na plus że pyszne croissanty i bardzo mila obsluga.

Perfect location and nice, very "Venetian" decor. I didn't like the mold on the ceiling and the smell of mold in the room. The bathroom was nice, modern with a bathtub. Breakfast was typical Italian, i.e. only sweets, terrible coffee - supposedly from an espresso machine but instant. On the plus side, delicious croissants and very nice service.

Bueno a ver tenemos que ser cosncientes de lo que estamos reservando, de lo que pagamos... si tenemos en cuenta esto el hotel merece una buena opinion, si esperamos encontrar la modernidad de un hotel de cualquier cadena conocida no es vuestro sitio. 

Limpieza correcta, camas correctas y comida del desayuno corta pero correcta.

Well, let's see, we have to be aware of what we are booking, what we are paying... if we take this into account, the hotel deserves a good opinion, if we expect to find the modernity of a hotel from any well-known chain, it is not your place. 

Correct cleaning, correct beds and short but correct breakfast food.

Turned up and was told they hadn’t received our booking- blamed a scam sight but I find it hard to believe. We had to pay an extra €140 for the night as we had no where else to go, thankfully only paid for one night because there was an infestation of bed bugs. Told reception in the morning to be told they know about it but there’s not much they can do. Horrendous and unhygienic
