Good Location 👍🏻 just a few minutes walking distance from train station

Very good location, very close to the pier and train station. The service staff has a good attitude. The breakfast is good, but the food will not be replenished. We went to eat at 9.30 in the morning and some food was already gone.

It was very convenient as we didn't have to use the water taxi and the hotel was close to the station. Venice has an image of having a lot of old buildings, but this hotel has been renovated and is very clean and tidy! The interior is also lovely. The room was spacious enough to spread out two suitcases and was perfect. There was a wide variety of options for breakfast. My reservation hadn't been reflected when I checked in, but the Japanese-speaking staff member kindly helped me out and was very helpful!

The room is very large and comfortable. It is a very exquisite and small hotel. It is actually better than the picture.

Venice Station and the airport bus stop were both within a 10-minute walk, so the location was great. There was an elevator, and I stayed because I heard it was recently remodeled and clean. I haven't been to other places, so I can't compare, but it seemed good. The staff was very friendly, so I was grateful. There was delicious food right next door. There is also a restaurant, so I enjoyed it comfortably. Breakfast was at 7:30, so I had to leave early, so I couldn't use it, which is a bit disappointing. There is a simple minibar and it seems like room service is available.

The room is not big, but very clean. Champagne is provided for guests staying at the hotel. Very satisfied with the main island location

The advantage of this hotel is that you can leave the station and check in right away without having to take the stairs. However, it was disappointing that some of the bathroom toilets were broken.
