The hotel is a bit old, but the staff in the restaurant downstairs are very nice, especially a guy named Paul. The staff at the front desk can only be said to be average. They may be from two systems. It feels like the front desk staff are all directly under the boss, while the restaurant and cleaning staff are under another system.
